i was just wondering if any of you have ever stood out i front of the conventions or assemblies or memorial with those signs yelling and picketing?
if so what was your thinking behind it?

No, not while JW's were there, however I did take the chance to place a catchy sign or two in front of a KH while all the JW's were away for their assembly. The main reason to do so to inform the public that they just don't know who the JW church is allowing to represent itself. Good times.

the witnesses came to my complex today, this time it was two very good looking women.
i walked up to them and calmly said that this is the second warning that they were trespassing on my property and that no jehovah's witnesses are aloud on this property knocking on doors.
i have a tenant who is a jw and this is fine with me and they are aloud to come and visit her but i do not allow them to bother my tenants as they all prefer they stay away anyways.
I'd bring out the shot gun next time, cock it and tell them "I warned you last time ... do you need another reminder?" Then laugh as they run of leaving trails of urine and excrement behind. When they get back to the car, the rest of the group will likely gag and possibly throw up a bit from the smell of the first two.
I bet it will take about one hour before everyone in the hall knows not to go back to your place.
Or, you can go the polite route and do what you just did.

it's official, we will be moving to the toronto area within the next month or so.
my husband was offered an incredible job in canada so we flew up here to check it out.
we totally fell in love with the place.

i clicked the phrase 'jehovahs witness' at the top of the jwd page, right next to 'ads by google,' and found a bunch of ex-jw meet-up groups.
one of them, locally, that i checked into had the name and face of a df'd-then-ri'd-then-df'd-again son of a jw friend of mine.
Yeah, that's always neat! Back when there was a chat on JWD I started chatting with someone who it turns out used to live one floor up from us in an apartment building. We lost touch and didn't know both had left the org. Was very neat.

i'm worried because i sent a christmas card plus had a gift sent by ups over the internet about 7 days ago and haven't heard anything.
i would feel really feel bad if my person didin't receive their gift or card.
so i think we need to have an official post place.

never had a real religious formation until i met the witness in my teenage years.. not everything has been bad but most of my friends there and exwife have been cheaters, liars and hypocrites.... i called it quits this year as i could no longer swallow their truth.

If she hasn't cheated on you physically she has emotionally. Doesn't the bible say something about thinking something is the same as doing it?
It sounds like an unhealthy relationship from the start. I'd try to get the marriage anulled at least that way you were never technically married in the first place.

this is the war of gog and magog prophesied in ezekiel 38-39. reread those chapters and decide for yourself if the 'similarities between ezekiel's prophecies and today's mideast reality are uncanny'.. .
Well, if someone has to deal with Isreal, it might as well be Iran Turkey Syria and Russia. I do however find it funny that you lump Turkey in with that group as Turkey is attempting to join the EU and is a Secular state instead of a religious state as Iran is. Russia ... well they just do what they want and go where the money and oil is. How much research did you do on this?
