  Observation on Things Not said.

  have you ever noticed that around here more is said when people are silent than when they are talking sometimes.

  not anything in particular, i just noticed that when people get silent, there usually is a reason.

  hard times, drama, can't comment...etc.

  What's the point of it all anyway??

  Maddie,

  I went through a lot of those same problems when I mentally left the Borg. Your entire belief system has been shaken to the core. You don't know what to believe. Therefore confusion ensues.

  Try to put your thoughts and feelings down on paper. The discorporated thoughts floating in your head are frustrating. Post here to help you gain clarity.

  better offf dead?

  ive been visiting for some time, but until now havent said much.

  i would appreciate some observations on the latest episode between me and my jw mother, like whether this is something i should ignore or try to resolve.. i was dfd at thirteen, five years ago, for being a gay atheist.

  i didnt become homeless only because my mother was/is ill with ms, we maintained a just workable relationship so that i could stay and help her look after herself.. the last three years relations became more tense as i began to piece together what had happened since she joined the org when i was about 3. she demanded yesterday to know why, and i let her have it.. i told her how fucking petrified of life i was as a kid, hearing about armageddon and the world.

  i have a job interview today and things have been rough at work, and i quit my job and they did not want me to leave yet.

  i was in meetings all yesterday afternoon with the biggest bunch of bs i have ever seen and i thought the wt crap was bad.

  hi......just wondering if i have missed some "new light.

  " is it now a case of the org saying that 1935 is no longer the date of the 144000 places in heaven being filled???

  This is like the "new light" in 1995 about generations. It has been 72 years since the sealing of the number of annointed. They are all getting pretty old. How else can they have new Governing Body members if they did not change this doctrine?

  Hello everyone, first post.

  hello, i just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here - as i will be posting here.. i grew up a jw and pioneered, was a ministerial servant, ect, i was in the organization for 17 years.

  i left and naturally my family did as they were told and cut off all communication with me.

  this left a horrible taste in my mouth for not just jw's, but any religion for that matter.
