The Great Crowd are NOT Jehovah Witnesses ?

this is a statement i read recently on a french forum.. according to the statement, when the name jw was adopted back in 1931, the gc, as we know it today, was not yet identified, and the new name applied solely to the ex international bible students association, all anointed members of the fds.. when later, in 1935 the great crowd was identified, they were referred to as jonadabs, not yet as jehovahs witnesses.
i have been in the truth for over 60 years, but it is the first time i hear about that assumption.. can anyone of you confirm or infirm this statement?.

Reluctant to tell others of JW past?

i have shared this info with very few people in the 19 years since i left.
i don't want to have to explain to someone who wouldn't understand anyway.

can an ai (adobe Illus) file be converted to Corel 12?
by SnakesInTheTower injust a shout out to poster georgiegirl (or anyone who can do this).... is it possible to downgrade an .ai file (i believe this is in adobe illustrator v. 10) down to an adobe illustrator version 7 file?
or convert to coreldraw 12?
the shop that we took it to locally is using cd12...and only has adobe 7. personally i wouldnt have used that particular shop for printing or anything... for one particular use, we are piggybacking on another organization and they made the decision to use that vendor.

I know you could import from Corel to Illustrator, not sure if the same holds in reverse. If you want to save an .ai file from version 10 to 7, what you can do is open the file>save as>and choose .eps and in the options you should be able to take it down to 7 or to Legacy (not sure if that started on version 10 or CS). I just checked on CS3 and it lets me go down all the way to illustrator 3, so you should be able to do it as well on version 10.

But to make it easier for you... my life is not up to debate or analysis by you or any other person, real or imaginary. If you need a book to tell you how to live, or be a decent person or the difference between good or bad, fine, have at it. Reason and common sense do just fine for me and my life. That is all you need to know.
Now, off you go, you have bigger fish to fry, but I do applaud your efforts.
