  being raised in a cult that teaches you, you will live forever without dying will warp perspectives.

  These replys are extraordinary to me for my whole life I believed that Witnesses, especially the elders, always acted in a just, upright manner and were virtuous and morally right in their decisions, or so I've been told.

  SL . . .yeah, Tastes of Disciples, a community event ! That's funny.

  I would like to know how many people joined due to the ' 75 thing. Impossible to find out, probably. Even after all these years I find it hard to believe that people can be so naive as to hand over their hearts and souls to a man made organization.

  world is going to end in two years! " She cried in 1973.

  Yeah, they got her good; filled her mind and soul with it. She was the perfect victim . . .she loved God;

  she was honest, trusting, giving,hungry for Bible knowledge,directed, intelligent, a hard worker . . .

  everything that it took to spread the word about ' 75. She was correct. Our world did end in ' 75 , when

  we divorced. Our kids are still crying.

  this article warmed my heart because i live with 4 other roommates in a three-level house, comprised of surfers, engineers, party person(s) and their pretty and sometimes whacked-out girlfriends.

  Poll: Are You For Protests & Marches Against The Witnesses?

  do you support such marches around kingdom halls?

  would you personally hold a sign up to protest the watchtower society??

  do you believe this is ultimately effective to get jehovah's witnesses out of the organization??

  I think protests and marches are a great idea, especially if they are held in front of the Hall. The people that will be affected by the protests are the passers by in cars. The public will see that all isnot well in the JW Hall . . .these are the people you want to impress, not the JW's going in or out of the Hall.
