Jesus would have driven a Ford F350 King-Crew Cab with four doors. It would've had one of those huge power stroke diesels too.
The dude was a carpenter, from the country w/ twelve apostles for Chrissakes!
there's a debate raging over here.
i gotta go with a volkswagen mini-bus.

he's only confirming what everyone else knows.... something tells me chretien feels the same way, he just doesn't want to ruffle any feathers.. http://www.cnn.com/2002/allpolitics/11/22/bush.not.moron.reut/index.html
Not to overlook some of the good things he's done, just saying.....it's quite evident this guy is in it for money and ratings and doesn't give a rats ass who he walks over, fellow country men or not, to get it.peace,
If u can see this and other ppl cansee this as well, why didn't the Dems take notice and say something during the past election. What is it about this guy that seems to have them so scared?

Makes u wonder just why the Democrats are so scared of this guy? Even staff members of other nations aren't afraid to call him a moron. Which I used to think he was, btw, but I sure as hell don't think so anymore.
It was pretty smart of the guy to use the NATO event as a another platform for his policy on Iraq. Afterall this expansion of NATO is about bringing the old alliance into the 21st century and preparing it to meet 21st century challenges, of which nuclear proliferation and terrorism are both included.

thanks, americans, that really nice of you.
englishman.. this statement lead me to thinking something.
i am not posting this to argue, cause a flame war, or the like.
I used to share Simon's point of view, until the revelation a few weeks ago that North Korea basically played us like suckers. Now, it's time to getreal with these less than honorable individuals who have managed to become heads of state. Bakk in the day Neville Chamberlain and some other European leaders were willing to resort to appeasement as a policy to satiate madmen. America adopted an isolationist policy and watched as Hitler and his ilk nearly destroyed western civilization.
Tiday with nukes involved we cannot allow any one madman to bring the world to it's knees. It best to take a pro-active role. The men we are talking abotu are terrorists anyway. U can't negotiate with that kind of person. I say if he has weapons and refuses to disarm, wipe him of the planet, but make sure to leave something better in his wake.
just saw this flash on my yahoo news - a religious group pushing ads "what would jesus drive?
" in an appeal to get big suv's and other gas guzzlers off the road.
i am all for doing more environmentally, but this is a big turn off for me.. http://news.yahoo.com/fc?tmpl=fc&cid=34&in=business&cat=automotive_news.
Jay Leno told a joke about that whole Jesus , SUV, thing the other night.
In it he surmised that Jesus, being a young carpenter from a rural area, would prolly be drivin a big truck.
i continue to read how franz is to blame for every wrong because, after all, he was on the governing body and he had to know everything that went on.
some here say, "let's drop this issue".
these same ones continue to bring it up.
Hey Farkel:
Can u explain just what the problem is with minimus? Instead of just saying that his posts are stupid, can u actually show why they're stupid?
I'm thinking along these lines. Guys like u like to take an issue and turn it inside out, anlyzing it from all sorts of different angles. You have a very comprehensive all encompassing style. Now, minimus's style is a bit simpler. He likes to ask a question or questions, some loaded others not so loaded. Then he asks others what they think and the issue is sorted out quite well usually. IMO, ur posts tend to do all the thinking for ppl, whereas minimus' leavs room for ppl to think about an issue and sort it out for themselves. Normally, I'm surprised at how in-depth a lot of the responses are in minimus' threads.

your opinion here:.
is the 'war on terrorism' ideologically driven?.
cell
All matters of policy in the US gov is driven by the ideology of the party that is in power.
Now, I'm not saying that George W and the men he's put in power were behind all of what's occured in the last 18 months are so. However, because of their collective ideology they are certain to manipulate the current situation from that particular point of view. That is what is so dangerous. Instead of dealing with a situation in the best way for all parties involved, they'll deal with it according to their ideology. This kind of colose mindedness is dangerous for the country. Sure afterall this is said and done we may achieve a Middle East largely free from terrorists, but at what cost to our freedoms at home, our reputation abroad?
i''m just posting a few pics this time.
this was our best day, the day we walked from quiemadas to caldeira verde along the highest levada in madeira.
we covered 16 kilometers at a height of 1300 metres (about 4200 feet) .
