  I think his main fear is the supposed anit-semiticism that a lot of critics say his film may ingite. With things currently going on in the world scene as they are, I think the secrecy surrounding the film may be prudent. This is really hard to say given that I haven't seen the film, but I think that may be part of his thinking.

  this was the letter i sent to the judicial committee of my congregation ten years ago today:.

  "due to changes in my life that are in conflict with the teachings of jehovah's witnesses, i no longer want to be known as one of jehovah's witnesses.

  that is all i am willing to say on the matter, so there is no need for the committee to visit me.".

  as i was trying to settle into my new life i constantly plagued myself with questions about where i had been and a bigger question, where i was going.

  in the mid eighties there wasn't easy access to any exjw's to ask questions and help me through a very difficult transition in my life.

  today the internet offers a lot of support through a large collection of exjw's from all over the world who offer many various options based on their own personal experience on where to go once you are out of the cult.

  Is the US spending more money than they have?

  we all know that the usa is a superpower, or should i say the only superpower, but even so, where do they get the money to do so much around the world.

  they send their army across the planet to wage war,at a very hight price.

  each cruise missile or jet fighter costs millions, and then they say they still have the money to rebuild the country.

  And to who do they owe the money? If they owe it to themselves, it stays in the family, but if they owe money to other countries, then it's worse.

  I think the government borrows money from other countries. When the government starts running deficts they are often only able to pay the interest on those debts whichis a helluva lot of cash. Lasst time I looked into, which was some years ago, the payment on the interest alone was close to 200 billion dollars. That is an incredible amount of money, countries we borrow from count on that money more than you know.

  hey everyone, i don't know why i feel the need to come here and say this as i don't frequent this site anyways but i guess out of respect i feel to say what i got to say.

  i have never been in a lot of your shoes and i thank god for that.

  i am sorry that you all have been put through what you experienced in being a jehovahs witness.
