Skin Cancer
by oldflame inhey folks, this month i had some skin cancer removed and now on the 1st of august another one removed.
just a kind warning to you all, if you go out in the sun wear sunblock !
the scars are ugly and it is painful.

Sorry, Oldflame!! The scar will go away, right? I know someone who's entire face was beet red on one side a few months ago, and it's healed up so clear now!
It is a good reminder that everyone (I agree with you MrsJones) should use sunblock. Using makeup with spf in it is good, too (what I do).
I stopped my tanning booth fixation 2 years ago because I'm very scared of melanoma. I'm pale as a cirrus cloud now, but the peace of mind is worth it. -

Cat is in trouble- advice?
by Insomniac inmy mom's cat got into some of her embroidery floss and swallowed it.. this was maybe three days ago.
her vet won't see him, too busy.
he's not eating much at all now, and i fear the worst.

i was never interested in stupid convoluted explanations about dates or how a scripture in revelation applied to the anointed.

Chronology!
I never really cared about the guilt trips of why I 'needed' Jehovah. God, I was SO on my way to being athiest, it's not even right! LOL
One example that comes to my mind is the story of a prisoner (didn't you love those??) who was so faithful and started studying before he was executed by hanging. And we'll get to see him in the new system, everyone! -

so i go into the doctor's office the other day, not looking forward to the poking and proding that is going to take place.

Michael Vick Indicted On DogFighting Charges!
by SWALKER init looks like there is some strong evidence, at least enough to charge him with numerous counts, including cruelty to animals.
if found guilty he could face prison time.
it's hard for me to believe that he was willing to risk his hard earned success for this dispicable behavior!

I'm in love...
by Confession inwhile i've never been a prolific contributor here at jwd, some may have noticed my dramatically curtailed participation.
that's because on the evening of saturday, may 19th, i shared a kiss with the woman in the below picture, and that kiss turned into a dramatic and passionate adventure.
one that we're still both enjoying, and that we've decided to continue.... she is the most exciting, loving, fun, smart, sexy and beautiful woman i have ever met.
