  periodically, we post about what we realize were good fables that were spoken as "gospel".

  smurfs running up and down the aisles of the hall is a well known one......any you remember???

  my mother always told me as akid growing up if im having a bad dream or think the demons are playing with my mind while i was trying to go to sleep just put hte bible on my pillow and it would all go away...............never worked but they had me scared of everything

  thanks everyone im kinda scared because this is all i know there is alot of guilt but i have to do this...................i also know im not alone thanks to all i really appreciate the advise

  i was at university the other night in the computer lab, cruising this site, well a fellow classmate who has been in my class since sept and we have become friends, walks past, looks at the site i am on and says, "i noticed you are on a jw site, did you know i am a jw, are you one?".

  i was shocked.

  i turned to him and let loose,.

  my whole fam. are jws i was raised in the truth and just starting to learn of all the lies and cover ups i was always taught this is the one TRUE religion but some of the things im learning is just kinda shocking
