Takin a VACATION- need lots of input!
by upside/down inok i'm ready to take a vacation and i'm suffering from information overload.. last year i went to iberostar in cozumel june 10 thru 17 - the absolute worst vacation of my life!
it rained 29 inches in 6 hours and 50 inches the whole week.
the power was out and a state of emergency was declared and everything was flooded and wet.. so this year i'm looking at the mayan riviera or perhap turks & caicos or st. lucia- any suggestions (be detailed).

Tough day -- my mom died today
by cruzanheart inpoor thing, she's had alzheimer's for about 10 years and the last year she's been on hospice care because she's been so close to death.
the past few months she's been slowly filling up with water -- they gave her lasix (not sure of the spelling) to relieve the edema and it worked, sort of.
last weekend she actually looked a little better.

well on tonight's episode it seems this was the mother of a girl named a'ashia ("asia").

I think after watching several seasons now that this is the best talent wise. I watched the 12 guys last night, and think they are all very talented in their own way. I liked the 2 rock ~ guys, I believe they were the best. I also like Anwar?? ( sp.) the goodlooking guy with the dreds? He has a lot of class.

Do you have children? 2 boys........ 1st one born out of wedlock ( reason for DF) 26, 1 that`s 13 1/2
Do you have pets? yes, 3 cats... shadow (18) mittens (10) oreo ( 9 )
What are my hobbies?? walking on the beach ( which is a few blocks from home!),Theme Parks! music... listening to, going to concerts still, and watching my husband`s band play, traveling for the weekend ( anywhere), family time, going to see local productions, as well as holiday productions, hanging and BBQ`ing with friends on the weekends, swimming, bike riding, volunteering.
Are you a Grandparent?? Yes, 1.... from the 26 year old, baby was born in December, (boy)
What would you like to share?? My beach towel.....come on over!

Saw my JW parents yesterday. Dad not doing well. Neither am I!

they are 87. my dad has been diabetic for 40 years and has lost the lower portion of both legs.
