anyone from this area?
with the cold weather still in most of the usa has anyone stayed in sunny fla?
Hey there! I *stay* here all the time! I live on the east coast though, Cocoa Bch.
...into my own past which i never knew.
yes, i have just arrived in north east america, and in about an hour and half i will meet my great-aunt, my mother's aunt, who knew my mother well.
she broke the news to my mother, just 8 days after i was born, that her own mother (my mother's mother) had died.
Hope things are going fine with your meeting up. Keep us posted, so enjoy reading about your story.
here in quebec, ordinary unleaded is 94.4 cents a litre.
(that's the cheapest gas!!!).
there are 3.78 liters per american gallon, so this would give $3.57 a us gallon..... what's the price of gas in your area?
YIKES! Sassy, that`s high! It`s about 2.15-2.20$ a gallon right now here.
mean people.. working on the weekend.
vacuum cleaners.
women .
The fact that my jeep *sucks up* the gas! and now gas prices are up again!!! Grrrrrr!
"Howdy" & welcome!
just got off the phone with my brother who lives in socal (nondub) and was informed that my dad just had a stroke!.
he's my "dad", not the sperm donor that helped concieve me and my brother than abandoned us so he could "find himself".
he's 74, very intelligent old school retired ex marine, that served in the korean war.
Positive thoughts for the both of you today, keep your head up.

the worst one i ever had was working in a frozen chicken factory.
there were about 30 of us in a freezing cold room and my shit job was to feel the half-frozen chicken breasts up, to see if there were any little bones in them.
well after the first 5 minutes my frigging fingers were frozen stiff, so i couldn't tell if there were any bones in there or not........after 20 minutes it felt like my hands were having an out of body experience and if they weren't in front of my frozen face, i would've thought they had dropped off.
Preston, WoW! Ok that was a very baddd job! Could be a movie!
....whiskey somethin' or other...right?
