Witness parents choose to tranfuse baby to save life

just wanted to share some exciting info on a recent experience of a witness couple.

their young baby very unfortunatly was struck with leukiemia and requiered a blood transfusion to save its life.

fortunatly the parents had enough sence and logical reasoning to save their babys life by listening to the medical staff and proceeded with the transfusions.

As A JW, Did You Ever Really Love Jesus?

jesus was mentioned but he was always in the background.

many religions boast of loving jesus.

The more I learn about Jesus the more absurd 'loving' him seems to me. To me he was a liar and causes more pain from false hope than anything. It was all hazy shit to me even when I was a dub.

Circular meetings

"it is important for us to be at the meetings so we can be reminded about coming to the meetings.".

i have to say that the longer that i stay away from jehovah's witnesses, the easier it is to see that they are so wrong!

so wrong about how they live their life, so wrong about their fundamental belief system, so wrong about how they treat people---whether they are jws or aren't.

for any of you lurker witnesses here, please get off the fence and recognize you were never "in the truth".

There was one elder in particular in the last hall I was at that was a really good example of what a JW elder should be. He was a really good guy. Becoming friends with him was perfect for me because it made me realize even moreso that the Organization is flawed at the very core, no matter how much you try to be that example of the perfect individual portrayed in the Watchtower and Awake magazines, it's still all wrong.

The same way I feel about everything in the JW's. It's messed up crazy bullshit. The parents deserve a big thank you for falling for the JW lies and steering their kids into a religious cult that they will find it very difficult to escape from.
