Like today, Devin (hes 14 months) is giving me all kinds of hugs and kisses. I just taught him to give kisses and now when I ask for them he gives, it just makes my heart melt! He even is giving our cat hugs and kisses...priceless!! And he's so cuddly and sweet, I just wanted to tell all who care how much
I LOVE DEVIN!!!
April, of the *proud mama*, class
i feel like i have been slowly losing my mind since the age of 10 or so, maybe before that.
the process seems to be speeding up.
it may just be an inevitable fact of my existence.
Sorry if you have mentioned this before but are you in counseling about this? If not it might do you some good and you may be a good candidate for like some antidepresants or something. I know they have helped me. Hang in there! You have friends here.

it's a very interesting show on the tlc channel its on sunday nights.
its about people dealing with addictions and their family and friends getting together and planning an intervention for them.
they show everything from gambling addicts to heroin addicts.

i wouldn't want anything to get in the way, as i'm a drug newbie.

p.s.When you start that male prostitution thing, let me know asap!
to all the mommy's out there...did you deliver vaginally or by c-section?.
i was fortunate enough to deliver both my children vaginally although i came close to a c-section with my son.
he was in the posterier position.
Good, ol' fashioned regular way.
I heard this commedian say, "My mother had a c-section, now I always feel like leaving the house through the window"...I though tthat was cute!

Anyway, I was watching last night and there was this chick on herion who was prostitutung to support her habit, it was so scary, I swear it haunted my dreams! As someone who has had a history with drugs, very little shocks me anymore. And I dont know why this particular episode touched me so much. Maybe because that could have been me, but seeing someone in that state is just a scary thing. And its not depicted, its REAL, they follow these people around with cameras and capture how their whole life revolves around getting their fix.
Well, I guess my point is that I think is if showing how it REALLY is, can scare someone like myself that maybe this should be used as a tool to scare kids before they ever get started. D.A.R.E. doesnt work, and most of it is mis-information anyway, ala' "refer madness". I know that these images will stay with me for a long time and hopefully would likewise show kids that its not all fun and cool, its cracked out, dangerous and scary.

i was just wondering how many exjehovahs witnesses are now pagan?
of the exjws i've met, quite a few either describe themselves as pagan or pretty much have "pagan" type religious views.. i wonder if it is a backlash against the control of the jws - to choose a religion which has "no rules" as such.
also, is it rebellion?
I wouldnt consider myself pagan but more like "pagan friendly" (thats what all my pagan friends call me). If I had to devote myself to a religion today I would say pagan or buddhist. Since leaving the jw's I just dont find it neccessary to pigeonhole myself into one particular religion. But I know enough about pagans/wiccans, etc...to know that I like what I know.
Good observation though Sirona, most of my ex-jw friends are pagan, hmmm...wierd!

everyone has a first love, and there's usually a wonderfully dramatic story.
juveniles arevery dramatic.
what happened with your first love?
I wish I new what happened to my first love. I was 13, he was 16. We used to sneak around after school, go to the library to "study" and make out in the stacks. Or go off in the woods by the river. I thought I was gonna marry this guy for sure, we got away with it for like a yr or two, then my parents found out and I got yanked out of high school so we couldnt see each other, it ripped my heart out. I tried to kill myself because of it.
Then my parents divorced and I moved away, but my mom was way cool and she let us date long distance so I dated this guy for 3 years. He gave me a daimond ring and then broke my heart. His name was Jeff Chapman, from NY state. I would love to know hat happened to him. No hard feelings, I only have fond memories of him, I hope he has had a happy life.
