My PO told me that he was going to tell the Congo not to go to my baby shower. I was married for 12 months when my baby was born. lol we know JW's aren't good at math. So no one from that cong showed up. But I was going to a different cong. so they all came.
My best satisfaction is that that PO's daughter moved out of the house a year later and slept with everyone she got her hands on. Poetic justice if you ask me.

I love having the car door opened for me, and a hand offered to help me out. I like those kind of gentlemen. Or maybe I just look funny when I get out of the car by myself.

or being given the "privilege" of cutting the grass or working on a "quick-build" is really something special to a jw.
lol I remember those trips up to Big Bear. They were fun.
the trip had to be cancelled unless a married couple went along.
So all the single folks could watch this couple hold hands, sit next to each other, and retire to the same room together ( and only God knows what else) (hopefully they weren't to loud). I used to hate watching married couples be all cutesy, when I didn't have anyone to be cutesy with.
At one of these Big Bear trips. We had an anniversary party for one of the married couples. They had enough nerve to tell a group of about 40 singles people not to be in a rush to get married. lmbo easy for them to say they didn't have to sleep in their bed alone.
you remember about a month ago i had asked you all for ideas on how to deliver johnny cats medication for hyper-thyroid issues (which worked beautifully, thank you!)..
well, it finally happened... we took johnny cat in to the vet because he was having seizures.
it scared the crap out of us when it happened.. when we got there, the vet told us he had lymphoma and it would only get worse rapidly.
Oh Jeanie I am sorry to hear about your cat. I am sure you made those 17 years for him very wonderful.

One time I embarrassed my mother. We were in the car with the PO and my unblieveing dad has just gottne back from Vegas. Mom was telling the Po that dad had won a lot of $$. And I piped up saying "enough to choke choke a horse with". I guess a 7 year old isn't suppossed to know that. Actually I heard the expression from my dad. I thought the expression equaled an amount of money.

I once stuck a flinstone vitamin up my nose. OUCH
One time there was no candy in the house and my sweet tooth was acting up so I ate half a bottle of flinstone vitamins. Can anyone say iron overdose?
