  anyways, my bro-in-law told me about how he had to sit at browns' table for 2 weeks.. one morning, one particular brother took himself a big serving of oatmeal while jr brown watched.

  It was nicely, and, I think, objectively presented. I got chills up my spine from the first few seconds of the program. Watchng Erica, Bill,Barbara Anderson, and the Pandelos explain their frustration moved me to tears.

  I also noticed J.R. Brown shifting his eyes upward on the "tough" questions-NOT lookng into the camera. Thats common body language when someone is LYING! How does that prick sleep @ night?

  TY ((((Somebody)))). Yep, it was a blast. I took DJ equipment as well as about 750 CD's and played alot of tunes, even for her neighbors. That way, I figured there would be no complaints. (Hee Hee) I think I may have gotten a gig out of the deal from her neighbor!!! YIPPEEE!!!

  Refiners, Star-I wish more could have attended. It was so upbeat, not like some dull JW event where you have to watch who's watching you for fear of "theocratic council." LOL

  Bring on ANOTHER APOSTAFEST!!!!

  i just wanted to say that i had a great time at the bbq/apostofest put on yesterday (saturday) by flower and her roommate.

  it was fun meeting their families and some of my fellow apostates who post here.

  the food was both abundant and delicious.. thanks again for having us, flower!!.

  WHAT A GREAT COOKOUT!!! Flower and her roommate Jen were simply wonderful hostesses. I had a great time on Saturday as did all the guests. The food was great and plentiful, as were the beer and spirits.[8>]

  Badwillie, NeonMadman, i8emallup, and B_ster were the members from this board who attended, as well as myself.

  There was NEVER a dull moment, as we listened to music and drank, drank, and drank EVEN MORE well into the wee hours of Sunday morning.

  Also, Flower and her roommate are wonderfully sweet ladies.

  Mom and silentlambs issue

  at dinner last night, i began telling my mother more about the silentlambs issue.

  i told her all about bill bowen and barbara anderson and the pandelos and the 'witch hunt' to get them disfellowshipped.

  at first she was defensive of the policy, until i told her they live in 3 different states.

  Marilyn,
  Is great to see your mom using her OWN thinking abilities. My mom is very much the same way, and as Amazing stated, the relationship is with God. My mom stated a few years ago that she could see that the REAL apostates are the ones running the organztion. She is still in, and I do not see where she will ever leave, but its nice to see that she uses her own common sense and intelligence.

  Barbara Anderson, part of a group fighting clergy-based sex crimes, is one of about 20 advocates from around the country who traveled to Adams County for the trial to lend support to Rodriguez. Anderson previously worked as a research assistant in the Jehovah's Witnesses New York headquarters. She said she gave the Dateline news show, which had a crew covering the Beliz trial, documentation describing how the church's leadership is well aware of sexual child abuse within its organization and helps cover it up.
