you DO NOT have to belong to or believe any specific movement to be saved.
I don't know about that one, the some of the Orthodox Rabbis consider the Reformed Jews heretics. Really, it depends on beliefs and practices rather than movements, though.

abc family has ordered six episodes of a reality series about venus and serena williams.
the show will highlight their lives both on and off the court.
Imagine them going out in FS and taking the cameras with them. I bet ABC will cut out all references to religion anyway.
bc's premier is on a t-shirt produced by marvel comics and sold by wal-mart.
apparently the company making it accidentally downloaded it off the internet.
once noticed it was promptly pulled off the shelves.
I see it, must be because its in my cache. Here it is: http://photos1.blogger.com/img/97/2368/640/gc2.jpg
today i went out to get lunch at a little shop that sells sandwiches.
i got one, but they were closing so i could not eat it there.
i decided to go to a nearby barns & noble bookstore with a starbucks style cafe.
Keep complaining to Barnes and Nobles, and you might be able to get a gift certificate.
in my time involved with the jws, i used to play a lot of football nearly every week with the bros. i used to find it amazing and laughable how some, including elders, would start name calling and getting aggresive, sometimes to the point of making threats.
it made me realise that football and other sports can show the true character of individuals.
has anyone here experienced things like this when playing sports with jws?
No, not really. But they do play agressively. You could easily break an arm playing some street hockey.
such a momentus occasion, i've become a junior member!
Congrats! and have a happy new year... wrong song!, oops.

*this is a bit of a riff off of bluegrass tom's post in the bible research forumn .
in my old hall we had three interracial couples.
in fact i didn't even realise that they were interracial until i was about 12. .
I don't think they would discourage it because it would conflict with their multicultural veneer.
I live where you do, in Vancouver, and the only interracial marriages I saw were between Asians and white people (but that was rare). Usually you wouldn't see anything more mixed that someone with Portugese descent marrying someone with English descent.
i still keep in touch with many witness associates (am not disassociated or dissfellowhsipped---trying to fade).
anyways, so a witness that i am not acqainted with sent an email out to everybody about one of his work days.
i thought it was pretty funny so i will post it below:.
The building smells like old oak wood,
there
is a candle burning on the podium along with chalices, goblets, and
other
things they use in all their pomp and circumstance.
God forbid that they actually have a little class and dignity. God forbid that they respect the body and blood of Christ by having it in gold, decorated containers rather than easily breakeable, cheap wine glasses and plates (and then they get drunk on the rest of the wine afterwards).
God forbid that they actually include beauty in their worship, like in the temple of Solomon!
while i was a kid at the kh, some of my most favorite people at the kingdom hall were the elderly.
i loved sitting by them, loved talking to them, and loved them giving me candy during the meeting, and then giving dirty looks to those younger folks that dared send them a nasty stare for my chomping of the gum they gave me.
my favorite people at the kingdom hall, and to this day, have been elderly people.
I notice that a lot of the more elderly ones always focus more on Jesus. I remember an extremely eldery elder who once talked about "Jesus' crucifixtion." That made the Kingdom Hall go silent. Considering that he was a JW since the 20's or before, it would seem that they used to use that kind of terminology.
