When partners lie
by Es inheya all, im in a bit of a situation, i have just found out that my partner lied to me about an incident with his family, i am having a lot of trouble with his family at the moment, which then in turn is casusing major troubles with him and me.
anyway it wasnt the worst lie out and he said he did it to protect me and to avoid another arguement with us which yes i can understand.
but he bluntly lied to me which in the end has caused more problems as i am having major trust issues right now.

Es. Sorry you two had a moment of "this sucks". I hate dihonesty. I really hate the dishonesty by ommiting half the story, or telling all but the bit that would make things clear. Don't get me wrong. I like that I can usually say all I want and have very little fear of tripping up on what I say, because I hate to lie. I just really hate that people may mistake me for so useless that they cant tell me the truth and then show me the proper respect and let me choose to accept what they have to say or not. That I really hate.
Did that make sence?
What I am trying to say is that I cannot stand all that dishonesty makes my mind wander to..implications, respect issues, and then the inevitable trust issues. Like when people lie straight to your face and you really cant tell they are lying or omitting and then it makes you wonder...They must have a lot of practice if they can do it with such a poker face....hhhhhmmmmm
I feel for you and maybe he and you can learn a great lesson from this. he...to be honest...

and it is so very disappointing to find out that you gave your best...to stay true to a commitment and later all you had to be was a total dingo and that would have made your partner happy. That is maybe the opposite of how some people feel, but usually I have seen woman, think it is great fun when the ex goes for the classic stupid gal after them...It makes them feel better.....Not me. I think to myself that was all it took? Oh I am stupid. I would rather that if I have to have people remember a bit of me based on my taste in you...that there was somthing of taste and substance to you. Not a beer chuggin "honey get me nuther" type man. That is my vent tonight.

Prophecor. I am just messing... It was a funny!!
The last kind of a prayer (If I were prone to do so) I would be saying is one that askes for a lot of what this woman asks for in this joke. See I wanted some of this stuff but it was like a twilight zone..so that it ended with a twist that was horrid. Therefore I really do not have a clue on how to ask for anything now. I think I just need to enjoy time when I have it and not be searching for anything in a way that may make anything happen because ...as you can say, "careful what you wish for." You just may get someone who would be utterly happy with a bass boat and a liquor store and that is ALL.
Guys like that can disquise themselves for quite a bit and it is such a big let down when you see that that was all they needed to be satisfied. Quite embarrasing when you have dated...um er married a big boob like that and then have to live with the fact people will always know that. Anyone have a mind eraser?
