Passing along information
by Caveat ina while ago i read an article somewhere where the org said that you shouldn?t pass along emails or unconfirmed stories without verifying the information and the source otherwise you?ll be contributing in spreading gossip.. do you think the rank and file jws are guilty of lying, since they are transmitting information that they themselves have not bother to confirm?.
does trusting the gb exonerates them somehow of their responsibility of verifying the information?.
those who know about some flaws in the teachings; are they in your eyes justified somehow to remain spreading them while staying in?

When I found out the truth about the troof I figured those bastards in the GB had lied about everything else so rather than become an atheist I went looking for Him.
Their freaked out God with his death sentence they handed down to me is Nothing, Nothing, Nothing. The GB has a GOD THAT IS FULL OF CRAP.
One day my God is going to let me see the WT God be a thing of the past.

On the fading of 1914 ............
by TheOldHippie inforgetful as i am, i just forgot the title of the new brochure issued at this summer's conventions, but it is something like "keep on the watch", and it deals with the imminent return of christ, the signs of our times, and the need for being on the watch, being prepared for the "any day now" return.. the signs of our times are mentioned, but not earthquakes, so they are "out" again, it seems.
but, the first pages make out the basis for the belief in our days being the last ones, the final ones, and 607 is mentioned, 539 and 537 - but not 1914, not the "seven times" or "2520 years".. do you remember 1995, when the "generation change" came?
in summer, the "knowledge" book was issued, and it also dealt with the signs etc., but for the first time, there was no mention of the then "present truth" that some alive in 1914 would still be alive and witness the return.

Governing Body says:
If we tell you this bible is Green, IT IS GREEN even though it looks Black because we are God's voice to mankind but we don't prophesy but we recieve information from Jehovah but we never said that but we have seen some publishers eager for the end of this system think we said the end would come in 1874, 1914, 1925, 1975 but they were just speculating because we really did not say that. Now, who is dispensing nutritional spiritual food at the proper time in these "Last Days' other than the Faithful Discreet Slave Class of spirit anointed members of the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses. The facts provide the answer to that question that ONLY Jehovah's Witnesses know when the end of this system is going to take place and, friends, you can take that to the bank while you are donating your life savings to further the Kingdom Message that we have been proclaiming to the nations before the end will come so dig deep in those pockets and be happy that you may/may not be spared God's wrath at Armageddon. The Bible is Green.

Elders were sent a letter but told only to answer questions to those who asked and not to broadcast it from the platform. If somebody asked they were told to tell the publishers it was for a library card - if the publisher showed a bad attitude --- well you can guess the outcome - THE BIG D Stillajwexelder For real!!! The first thing the elder did after I mentioned it was to ask, "Who else have you told about this?" He should have been investigating the WTBTS if he already had a letter from HQ. Is that a red flag or what? "The UN is a bad, bad political animal but we crawled right up on its back for a wild ride for 10 years. Don't you dare call us a harlot. Sit down, shut up and get fed like the rest of the sheep." -

and they accepted it at the moment and didn't say much.

We Should Go On The Offensive Against The Elders That Come After Us!
by minimus ininstead of allowing the elders to run roughshod over us, i think we should start thinking of how to get to them before they try to impose their will upon us.
some may not care if the elders and society suddenly went after us.
but just out of principle, we should not let them do anything they want to us in their shunning treatment.

Warning to GB: Wholesale disassociation will confirm your cult status to the world. A shunned xJW has nothing to lose.
I just refuse to be a victim of the Governing Body.
Speak to all the 'in good standing' JWs, especially in public places so the whole world can see what the 'Truth' is all about.
It's great to live in a small town where everyone knows the Jws. Makes for some pretty good territory to witness about Christ instead of some screwed up idea about Paradise the Governing Body fantasized in their demented minds after one of the dubs shuns you in front of others.

The Governing Body has no clue as to the individual identities of any of their 'anointed' (another twist on the scriptures) brothers

Let's give Delta another small spoonful of 'New Light' from the Governing Body of jehovah's Witnesses:
If you want a Blood Transfusion and are afraid of being Disassociated/Disfellowshipped just move to Bulgaria. In order to have recognition as a religion the WTBTS signed an agreement with the Bulgarian Government that states they would allow each JW to make his own decisions regarding all medical management with no reprisals from the organisation. However, The WTBTS says their position hasn't changed on blood transfusions. So, either they are lying to the public or they perjured themselves when they signed the legal document with Bulgaria.
By the way, check out the WTBTS's own publications over the past 100 years and see how unchanging their position on blood is.
