Does Ray Franz owe us an apology?
by sleepy in(not, ray franz owes us an apology) .
(ok lets add this on)do those who are or were governing body members have a greater amount of responsability than witnesses in general?at what point do we stop being victims and become instigaters?
this may have been discussed before but i'm not sure.so sorry if it has.

Here is the link to Joe Andersons letter.

I must say that me being a "never been", I don't fully understand this. I thought that Joe Andersons letter was very well written and I saw nothing wrong for what he said in the letter. I think you did the right thing Joe!!!
For all those affected: I am sorry to see that your church has severed your dealings with them. I hope that all of you can find some resolution from this somehow. I think that your actions on speaking out about this problem are very noble!!!

HOW MANY DRINKERS----OUT THERE???
by minimus inone thing over the years that i have noticed about jehovah's witnesses is that they love to drink, especially bethelites....have you too noticed this?
and why do you think this might be the case?

Seems to me that to put up with a religion like JW you would have to drink to put up with non-sense! No offense, that's simply my point of view.

Thinking about Bill Bowen...
by Dia init's interesting that they have disfellowshipped him (and them) now.. bill is appealing to be reinstated, right?
and he also has plans for a very public protest march in the very near future.. can't you see them putting him between a rock and a hard place by dangling his reinstatement over his cancelling the protest?.
don't cave, bill.

It seems to me that this is a wonderful opportunity to go all the way [without membership restrictions] you know, gloves are now off. My philosophy has always been, if your going to send me to hell, i might as well enjoy the ride and take you with me!
rocky
I agree rocky 100%. I have heard that there are a lot of people that are going to participate in the march. If you are one of them, I would go along with the plan regardless of the outcome. Show your strength and beliefs. This kind of coverage is just what the WT does not want.
Bill, I hope that you can participate in the march as well. I know of at least two people that are anxious to meet you in person. We are supporting you and your efforts to the end.

I have a 2002 Suzuki XL-7 which I like so far. Have had it about 5 months. The only thing I don't like is that it bouces a little when you hit a bump in the road. Other than that it is a good SUV.
I also have a 1984 Toyota P.O.S. Celica. Can't say much for this one except that I will sell it to the person that puts $500 in my hand.
