We Should Go On The Offensive Against The Elders That Come After Us!

instead of allowing the elders to run roughshod over us, i think we should start thinking of how to get to them before they try to impose their will upon us.

some may not care if the elders and society suddenly went after us.

but just out of principle, we should not let them do anything they want to us in their shunning treatment.

If they are saying no longer one of JWs it could mean just a person of the nations. We still talk to people of the nations. I really think we will have to wait til we get a letter, which i will post imediately, or til the KM schools in Oct-Dec, or the CO will give us some verbal direction. The wording is just too ambiguous right now.

I just see it as a self destructive move to DA inactive people. I really think that would implode the org faster than anything. Ofcourse they could be that stupid and if they are, well great. No more org as we know it.

Did you lie before getting married in the KH?

as you know every young couple who is planning to get married in the kh are asked a question about "clean conduct" a week or two before the wedding.

if you admit to have been fooling around to much you can forget about the kh and go and get married elsewhere.. i'm not married myself, but i was engaged to be married once and my soon-to-be father in law (an elder) recommended a certain elder to do the marriage stuff in the kh because he was a kind of easy on the mantadory questions.. fortunatly in never got that far because me and my girl split up about 2 months before the planned wedding, but i have been to a lot of kh weddings and i know for sure that some of the couples had to lie to cover up their conduct to get married in the hall.. but how common is this?.

Yes we told a fibber there. I was an MS and she a continuous Aux Pio. and didnt want to lose those privleges. We never actually did the dirty but we did commit pornia according to the slave?s definition of it. I'm sorry we lied only because it hurt my wife now of more than 10 years. The lie really bothered her and caused her to lose respect (understandably) for me in the short term, but she?s over it now.

Hey delta, if you can think about what that would be I'd be happy to listen to you.

I can tell you what their official statement on the matter was. They said that the qualifications to be an NGO changed over the years and that they could no longer be an NGO in light of those qualifications. I can tell you the quailifaction in question was the same when they joined as it is now so their own explaination is wanting.
