in march of 2004 she asked me to sign an agreement document to give to a lawyer in order to get our marriage annulled.
i agreed only on her promise not to give it to the congregation to be with another man but only for her lawyer.

As to the website .. I have losts of time on my hands (semi retired) and for the past year I have been learning how to build websites, this is good practice....
I have gotten over it ... but all she had to do was get the annulment of the marriage and go on with her life. She did not have to create lies and accuse me of committing adultery for her own personnel gain. Would any of you accept lies being sad about you? I am just looking for the truth to be told, once she admits to her lies the website comes off.........
As to proof she has lied, I have them and they are being presented to the Watchtower bible and tract society of the Philippines, once they act on my proof the website comes off....

I understand every comment so far, I agreed to the annulment bec I also believe that when it is over, it is over. It also does not bother me that she is with another man. It is how she went about it. Nothing pisses me off more than when people tell you to trust them again after you forgave them on numerous occassions. Just the fact that she accused me of committing adultery when all the while it was her. Creating false e-mails that state that I am living with another woman just for her own selfish reasons is not aceptable to me. When one walks arround door to door preaching the bible, they should not be allowed to do so if they are liars and evel themselves. Do not quote the bible only to act religous, be religous. Do not pretend to be who you are not.
She has done similar things in the past and always got away with it because everyone around her believed her, well, not this time. Yes is is my name and it is I she lied about and I will not take it sitting down. Sorry that I must take this route, but her congregation must know what type of person she really is.......

Since my last post I found out that my wife lied to get a "vow of faithfullness with another man. In March of 2004 she asked me to sign an agreement document to give to a lawyer in order to get our marriage annulled. Not only did she give it to her congregation, she created and e-mail indicating that I sent it and stated in it that I was living with another woman. She also stated that I could not be reached if they tried to contact me. I have since found out that the proper proceedures were not taken by the congregation in order to give this "vow of faithfullness", also that they just took her word and proceeded with the religious marriage. I am fighting back on this matter and I have created a website to show that her history of past lies shows that she once again lied to her congregation. At the moment her congregation is relying only on the fact that I signed the agreement document and they will not accept that it was optained by lies and deception. I am hoping that the more JWs who see this site will help me to get the congregation"s attention and they will act on this matter. in a sense it's heartening to see so many other people in the same boat as i am.. i have many questions though after reading the other threads on this site.. my boyfriend's former girlfriends were catholics like me as well.

Is he an active JW? Does he bring up quotes from the bible? IF so, he has already sinned. I can tell you these are the worst kind. He will pretend he is very religious to all around him, but he will cheat on you in the future (he has already). I believe he is just using you.
I, baptized a catholic, married a JW. Before and durring the marriage I always supported her in her religion, but I never joined. Before we married she had lied and decieved me many times, and, being blinded by love I forgave her. Like you I was very much in love with her. I must admit that it was the worst thing I ever done, marry her.
It was not the religion because I am very open minded and do accept that everyone has their own beliefs, it was her continuous lies. Because of her lies before our marriage, I never trusted her durring the marriage and this is what saved me, yes because I was able to see all the lies she would make durring the marriage. If I were you I would walk away from this man. I do know what it feels like to be really in love with someone. You may forgive him today, but you will make your life miserable if you marry him.

I found out about this union by accident. I tried the reach her at her home phone but it was disconnect. I reach the kingdom Hall to try to get info about her. That is where they told me that she was in a new union. I spoke to an elder I had met there and he told me she gave them 2 e-mails (false documents in my opinion) and they approved the new union. I finally reached her on her cell phone. She lied to me about being in a new union, then I mentioned that I had spoken to an elder earlier and knew. I asked the elder to forward to me the e-mails she gave that permitted them to allow this new union. She and I are still legally married and I only gave her permission to seek an annulment and asked to stay single until the annulment is legal. Were they wrong in allowing this union?

Yes the marriage was consumated. There is no adultery on my part. She decided she wanted a divorce or annulment for her own personnel reasons. She met another man and asked her congregation to be united with him. I am told she gave e-mails from me allowing this but I never wrote such e-mails...

After 8 months of no communication, I just found out that the congregation approved a union with her new lover without even contacting me. My question is how could the congregation allow this union without my agreement? What is the proceedure for this new union to happen without hearing from me if reconciliation was possible?
