it's about a lot of things but that's all fiction i think, i don't have read it yet, but i would like to! but in french, it does only exist in a quite expensive edition, i'll buy it later, in an other and cheaper one! anyway, it's THE 2004 best-seller i think!!

Interesting (at least it was to me...)
by robhic inyesterday i answered a knock on the door and found 2 well-dressed men who were obviously jws.
they told me they were in the neighborhood and wanted to share some scriptures with me.
ok, i've heard that little smoke screen before.

forgot to say... :-)) that's strange they asked you if you were familiar with JWs... i didn't know they did that... they came once at home and i told them i was familiar with some JWs but they had not asked me that before, i told that on my own... well, i find funny they told you this!

just as quotes, i would bet they won't come back... you are a problem for us as you do not answer the way they're used to (and the way they had been learnt). maybe they take you for an apostate also ;-) anyway, that must have been a great visit :-)) !!

Saw my JW parents yesterday. Dad not doing well. Neither am I!

they are 87. my dad has been diabetic for 40 years and has lost the lower portion of both legs.

Has being a JW...

words like "the truth," "watch tower," "jehovah.
" each time i hear words like these get a strange mental reaction.

hello craig and thanks for your welcome!! the expression i can't stand with truth is "to grow up in truth" (well actually i don't if you really say that but this is quite a good translation for the french expression ;-)), i think it's even worth then "truth" alone, that's just getting on my nerves everytime i listen to it!!!

Understanding why people leave
by Qcmbr inhi all, just thought i'd introduce myself before i make any other posts - i'm lds through and through 'nuff said.
why am i here, well i've been reading the posts here for over a year and i initially enjoyed them in a sneaky rival faction way (i.e.
one in the eye for jw's yehaw..)but of late i've been redaing these posts and using them to critique my own approach to my faith.
