Hi Sweetie, if will make you feel better, we are going too..............like OB21 said when you have family in you have to make compromises in order to keep everyone happy So we go,we smile, and enjoy paying our respects to friends and family and most of all acknowleging what Jesus life meant to us.........I have always had great love for him and this makes me happy So try to dwell on the postives, they won't bother you to much because they are so busy checking out what everyone is wearing............hope I helped.

My friend had a sheperding visit for her sever depression 2 years ago. The answer to her depression is:You need to read your bible more, get out in service more and be at all the meetings. That is there solution.....that is professional love from our spritiual leaders.............we are in good hands. She told me she is so depressed she can't concentrate on any reading let alone read the bible............I felt so sad for her because they brought no comfort............they don't know how to handle depression.

I find I like my cadbury eggs the way I like my tiquela----with lime---bite, suck, and lick---------yup thats it, in fact I like most things that way, especialy in the dark------------yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

seeing this is the 5th anniversary of jwd, i was curious as to how many who still post here, were dyed in the wool jws, but later sucumbed to "the truth about the truth" .
were an active/semi-active jw, and this site and others were enough to convince you that your doubts had substance.

Yes, I was very active, did not Know my PO husband was here taking in this fine information he would share with me very subtly. I would not allow anything apostate in my home, in fact when he told me he had COC book, I told him keep that apostate literchure in your car.--------that was 01. See how we mature, it just takes a little time for things to sink in...................

Did you notice that they were a lot of "rich Witnesses" in the organization
by inquirer ini remember this guy once, after the book study (the one where you go to someone's house to study a book) boasting on this house he wanted to buy!
it made me feel sick!
he was showing off so much!

Yes and they were treated like gold wether they were spiritually week or not....................as long as they gave big in the box, kissed ass when CO came around (that is who the CO wanted to be with anyway) invited the elders over for fancy meals or invited them to go away on vacation with them they were always in the inner circle!!!!!!!!!!!!!MONEY TALKS!!!!!!!!!!!! you need it to be anybody in this organizations.
