Removing "God"

with the continuing thiest-athiest debates that go one here, i have a question, mainly for believers.. as a believer in god, how does it make you feel when you hear about athiest michael newdow's efforts to have "in god we trust" removed from us currency?
i guess this question could include the 10 commandments being displayed on public building issue, or removing reference to god from the pledge of allegiance.

Daystar thats cool, but the feeling is mutual. I just dont understand or even believe that, if you were a witness and then left ( which is your choice) I can understand that. Now to quit believing in the New System is another thing. There is just way to much EVIDENCE in the bible, that the Paradise Earth is REAL. How can you just dismiss it?

everything you see has some part of the wts involved with it, from the calendar on the fridge to the pictures on the walls, you can't get away from it.

Personally Politics and Religion should be seperate.
That is an interesting thing to say considering that it is a JW belief that Jehovah is going to set up a Theocratic world government after His War of Armageddon destroys all the other world governments. Gods Government will be TOTALLY different from the Governments today. Jesus will be president (KING) It will not be ruled by Imperfect humans. D.

You can't decorate your house to look like those in the mag because you mom makes you keep all that JW crap in your bedroom along with your pinups of the Governing Body and your stack of prefilled out time ;slips for the rest of '05.
Hey...I'm pretty close to you here dude, maybe I'll come out and we can go to the meeting. I can't comment though, I'm still on reproof...have been since 1997, I'm going for the record.
By the way, I have my own house. I am the parent, not the kid. Come through and Ill take you up on that offer. Then after the meeting, later on that evening we will go to the pool hall and have a couple of drinks and I will LET you win.

Personally Politics and Religion should be seperate. Putting in God we trust on our money doesnt mean a thing to Jehovah. As far as the one nation under God part, God is not partial to any perticular nation.
