  the kingdom hall where i used to go has the theocratic ministry school and service meetings on tuesday.

  i have finally come to grips with my need to exit the jehovah's witnesses forever.

  i told my parents today that i'm leaving the jw religion behind forever.

  If the governing body members all had children, would they deny them blood?

  if they any of them had or have children that needed a blood transfusion to live, i wonder if they would deny their children blood and watch them die for the watchtower society?.

  or would you see a quick change of doctrine?

  ie: new light?.

  One of my favorite topics. There is so much concrete evidence to back up 586 BCE as the destruction of Jerusalem, how can they keep on preaching 607? I have tried to keep an open mind, something I'm just starting to acquire, and I can't find 1 secular source to back up 607. With all these easy to follow charts, there's not much I can add.

  Well done Pole....I was always taught if someone is killed by God, that person is receiving final judgement. Except for Judas who killed himself bt sinned against the "Holy Spirit." Any of this making sence?

  Welcome Cheesehead, what a story. A great example of deeply the indoctrination runs. If you start to question the FDS or start to deviate, you must be under the control of Satan. This is a fear tactic that is used to keep the "sheep" inline.
