Updates on Hurricane Rita's progress, etc.

i decided to start a new thread on this topicokay, yall.

rita is packin' 170 mph winds with gusts, but has taken a slightly eastward turn, so we'll be on the west side of the eye, which means we won't be getting the worst of it.

but now they're calling for mandatory evacuation of beaumont and jefferson county, where crabby pants is, and they're gonna be getting the worst side of it there, along with bunches of tornadoes.
