I must say though, as an "Intro to AV" brochure, it's pretty good. Covers the basics.
But what kills me is that they appear to send out some rather specialized gear and workflows to branches and get volunteers to setup/learn/work it. No road crew? Seriously? I wonder how well that goes. I suppose there's a pool to draw from with various levels of technical aptitude for such things.
