  Was John Denver the Anti-Christ?

  when i was a kid in the seattle area in the late '70's, i heard this rumor told many times: before all his concerts, john denver would ask if there were any jehovah's witnesses present, and then ask them all to leave(of course whoever was telling the story knew of someone who had experienced this first hand).

  also, johnny carson confronted him about it on the tonight show once(carson often figured into the jw/celebrity rumours i heard as a kid), and when denver admitted that it was true, johnny asked him to leave.

  apparently, several witnesses worked on his show and this greatly offended him.

  well i am no longer one of jehovah's witnesses.

  i had fully intentioned to disassociate myself from the platform today, but i decided that if i wanted a chance to save my marriage that i'd better tell my wife.

  she immediately went to to one of the elders.

  Weirdest body piercing

  hey all, wheres the weirdest place you have had pierced if at all.

  i have had my belly button done but would love to get my tongue and my nose and my nipple(blush) done nothing big just a little stud on my nose.

  But the wierdest one I saw the other day on the news was that girls are getting piercings on their back, done like in two colums with about four rows so they can lace ribbons crisscross through it, when they wear an spaghetti strap evening dress so it looks like part of the dress, really disturbing looking as far as I can say.

  i'm introducing my kids and wife to something i learned and practiced growing up outside the borg....charity and guilt free enjoyment of a hard earned vacation!!!.

  Im not very good with words and I dont know much about theology so alot of times I feel over my head on the deep topics. Im also not a very good debater like so many here. But I pipe up when I can and try to make people smile.

  belly button ring...

  ok.....so i went and got my belly button pierced about 3 months ago.

  the stupid girl pierced it with a barbel, instead of a ring...i didn't know it had to be pierced w/ a ring until i got my tatoo a month ago and i was talking to the guy about how my piercing wasn't healing...he said, ''did she pierce it with that barbel?

  ''.....so it's taking forever to heal and it looks kind of nasty sometimes.

  I did the shot glass and sea salt too for mine worked like a charm. I also recomend having a Dr check it out
