  i have a family a son and a girl friend out of wedlock that's why i am disfellowshiped.

  Family is the most important thing you can have--if it's just you and your son, YOU ARE FAMILY. You shouldn't want to leave him to the will of other adults who "know what's best for him" plus he would be angry with you for leaving him maybe for the rest of his life. I hope when you wake up this morning, you will see things more clearly and make good decisions.

  Core.....you have a terrific network of friends here, people who really do care about your well-being. Please don't end your life. Your son needs you. He loves you.

  Michael Vick Indicted On DogFighting Charges!

  it looks like there is some strong evidence, at least enough to charge him with numerous counts, including cruelty to animals.

  if found guilty he could face prison time.

  it's hard for me to believe that he was willing to risk his hard earned success for this dispicable behavior!

  while i've never been a prolific contributor here at jwd, some may have noticed my dramatically curtailed participation.

  that's because on the evening of saturday, may 19th, i shared a kiss with the woman in the below picture, and that kiss turned into a dramatic and passionate adventure.

  one that we're still both enjoying, and that we've decided to continue.... she is the most exciting, loving, fun, smart, sexy and beautiful woman i have ever met.

  reading this thread ( www.jehovahs-witness.com/15/138210/1.ashx ) triggered a thought for me.. my oldest brother showed me a magazine he had aquired and then hid it.

  i couldn't find it, so i wanted to get one of my own.

  i had actually been caught stealing a copy of playboy from a pharmacy.

  .....We knew one of our two sons was viewing porn on the net, we figured it was the eldest one. When we realized it was the youngest one, I was surprised. The stuff he was watching, was very disgusting....we then found out his 12 year old friend has been watching it for years at his house, and that's where my son began to watch it. We no longer let him stay at that boy's house, but we talked to him about it, and about having respect for himself, and for girls.

  Yes, boys will be boys, and I don't worry too much about it, really, but for heavens sake, why so damned young???? Kids are growing up far too early I think. They aren't allowed to be kids for very long. We, as parents have to be prepared to deal with stuff like this, before they even reach puberty, as they are bombarded with it.

  Thank goodness we are a liberal family....we can talk about sex freely, without too much embarrassment on the part of the boys. Unlike in my family when I was growing up.

  I've always had a hard time building any kind of a relationship with "god"....I want to believe he is there...but I'm not sure what he thinks of humans, or our lives. I pray sometimes, hoping he'll hear me. Other than that, I don't know.

  i'm not talking about internet friends, but friends close by in your town.. so, do you have as many friends as you would like to have?.

  when i was young and going to school, i had a few friends, but now i don't have any friends, but on the other hand, i'm a loner and i don't really care.

  i'm not really searching for friends.

  A man dies rich if he has one true friend after lifetime. They are rare.

  Zach, my mom has always said this....and I believe it's true. I lost my best girlfriend from leukemia when we were 20....I never got that close to anyone again, until I met up with Mary again, years after we first met. My husband is my closest ,best friend. I tell him everything, and he always has my back. Other than that, I am somewhat of a loner too... (((((((((((((((((((((((((( JH )))))))))))))))))))))) I likes ya, Rat....

  UPDATE ON DANSK

  it's been a long time since i posted here but i often read your messages when ian (dansk) logs on.

  as most of you will know, ian will be going back into hospital on monday for an allogeneic stem cell transplant and will be away from the forum for a good few weeks (hopefully he'll be back home within 4-6 weeks).

  last time he was in hospital many of you sent messages to his ward and i know they cheered him up immensely.

  Anything weird you like to eat?

  i was camping this weekend with some friends and around the camp fire the subject came up, "what is something weird you like to eat?

  " i thought it was a fun subject and we all had some laughs over our odd appetites.. some of mine .... i love bologna with american cheese and miracle whip (the only thing i will use miracle whip with).

  i love the taste of straight pickle juice or hot pepper juice.

  I love calamari....my m/i/l in San Diego always breads it, after she cuts it into strips, and deep fry's it...then you dip it in salsa....YUMM!!!!!

  I also like pasta with sauce, made with pork hocks....simmered all day...oh boy it's good!!!
