  hey all,.

  i'm practically brain-dead this afternoon, unable to handle anything of any intellectual level to speak of.

  so i thought i'd drop by watchtower.org and see what drivel they were passing off these days.. one of the lead articles is "should i get a tattoo?".

  How Do YOU Diet To Lose Weight?

  typically, by the end of the summer, i usually take off some weight due to good exercise and better eating.

  then, in late fall and in the winter, it gets tough again.....what do you do to keep the weight off or if you've put a few pounds on how do you keep them off??

  Candlelight or solar powered energy; no TV; no professional sports; cars that don't pollute--air hover transport so no roads will be needed

  build a new house anywhere you like

  sew your own clothes

  no money--trade system will be used

  only Kingdumb melodies allowed to be written and sung on your homemade instruments--no love songs, as it wouldn't be fair to the resurrected

  Meetings every day

  Everybody will speak Hebrew

  women will have hairy legs and armpits

  sometimes resurrected relatives will show up unannounced at your doorstep

  no locks on the doors, so the elders can check on you

  if you are a true JW, your body will grow to perfection; if you are naughty, you will grow old, get sick and die

  What are you doing this weekend? Is life less interesting now?

  in some ways lfe as a jw was full - is life now more interesting or more of a chore?.

  i have businesses to see to tomorrow (saturday) then perhaps i will go out for a few beers with my wife n saturday night.

  sunday, catch up on a bit of paperwork and then perhaps watch the football (soccer) on the tv at our local pub.. .

  Well my weekends definitely belong to me now, as opposed to being a JW. Life is definitely more interesting--my daughter and I are getting our Halloween costumes together already.
