i thought it was a wonderful thing.
it hurts to lose someone you are close to and love.
This has never made sense to me. If you have a UBM, how is it paradise if they will be destroyed and wont be with you?
Ok so jehoba will erase the memories of your UBM. So now your kids are with you. Who is thier father? Nobody knows because the memories have been erased. So will it be paradise for the kids to look at other kids with whole families but they will be denied a parent?
I dont know I cant even tell you all the problems with paradise.

my wife went to a meeting today and a funny thing happened.
the public speaker from out of town did not show up!
so instead of ad-libbing for an hour they just ended the meeting an hour early!

Anyways my thoughts are that they cant just make something up in the last minute to talk about because it wouldnt be in unison with the wts schedule. So they just end early. My wife was very happy about that.
a few days ago a witness apologist tried to make a case that exjdubs on the internet lessened the effect of apostasy in the congregations.
if i understand the basic argument it is that we all get together here and commiserate about the bad ole society instead of the old days where we aired our differences with others in the congregation.
now its only the occasional careless/disgruntled witness who gets entrapped by our machinations.. bull corn, i know i would probably still be plugging away at 5 meetings a week, & service on saturday, sunday, monday, and wednesday were it not for the internet.
