i used to actually WANT people to ask me questions loved explaining phropecies etc (how sads that!)

except one time a study id started asked me about why a woman had to cut her sons foreskins off on a journey or they would have died (i had to look that one up!) think it was moses or one of those guys. im quite pleased i cant remember the answer (in fact be worried if i could!)

sometimes tho even when explaining things they sounded far fetched even to me, like birthdays etc.

this is wierd it was exactly the same drame in england, i knew they were controling us ALL but absolutely everything was the same supose im being thick tho i knew that already, i used to think it was wonderful how when you went on hol they did the same watchtower etc know i realise its a control thing!

a memeber of my family did the drama talk here and i was pretty proud thought he had sorted it himself shows how little i knew.

listener is right it is the oNly bit kids pay attention to good tatics there eh?

like tikjmo said i was honestly repentent too,

tho my situation was wierd i had been before them and they had decided to publicly reprove me as they said they werent sure what i had done was a dfing offence! (i used to think u couldnt get reproved unless it was a serious offence!)SO i was waiting for the annoucement on the thursday but on the tuesday i was before them again, because the guy had been back in touch and asked to see me again i said NO (got that NO) but they said the fact i had spoke to him showed unrepentence and i was dfed for loose conduct coz apperently an attitude (of saying no) was wrong and suddenly a dfing offence when i hadnt done anymore wrong!

grissom you are talking crap, i know alot of people who have been dfed and were truely sorry, but the jc decided they werent (thought imperfect men couldnt read hearts!) one guy i know hadnt really done anything wrong but he had a nervous smile and couldnt stop grinning thoughout his jc! needless to say he was dfed! hope hes still smiling now hes free of dubdom.

Getting divorced from my husband

well, we've been having a lot of problems, and we've decided to get divorced.

i hope some of you can help me understand the teachings regarding this issue.

here's my questions:.

obiously as people have said you dont have to put yourself through this altho if you dont admit to adultery he could not remarry, but tik is right if he cares so much about doing it 'right' he is a hypocrite because if he knows u havent done anything then he is kidding god anyway! he doesnt sound very strong spiritually anyway i cant understand why he is so bothered, are his family in the religon?

when i had a jc and got disfellowshipped i admitted to touching a guy for thirty seconds (yes they go into great detail!) and my elders said we could get a scriptual divorce, but other elders have been shocked at that so guess it depends where you live! its a joke really! so maybe you dont have to say that much!!

you sound like you still like him, in which case why not just see if you can work things out?

tho if not and you did get divorced you definately can marry again but you couldnt live together or have sex (with anyone knowing) till you were married again.

saturday seems to be much preferred over sunday, so this years bbq will be held on saturday, july 9th, commencing around 2 pm.

location is our home in weston super mare.

as usual, the day will be very boozy and proceedings will conclude in the waverley pub.

MY ADVENTURE AT THE ASSEMBLY......

to start my day with: as i was walking down the street towards hell the assembly, i went to cross halfway across the road when a cheese and cracker brother told me that i should "cross at the light so that others can see that jehovah's people are law abiding citizens.

stick my lapel badge up his ass sideways make a good impression so i waited until he was distracted by other jaywalkers and then dashed across the road complied with his suggestion.

once in the building i managed to find a seat next to a guy who looked remarkably like fat bastard was a bit on the plump side.

were you at the manchester one/ im not sure where your from, i have just come back, and also noticed the word obedient! that talk you mentioned 'being obedient to those taking the lead' i wrote a few quotes from my assembly coz i couldnt believe it:

'we are being governed by the fds the word govern is likened to sailing a ship (how?) if we do our own thing and act independetly of the fds we r on a collison course with god! and just like a ship on a collisin course we will be destroyed, many have acted independtly of the fds and look where they are now'

(exactly look where they are now ,happy no longer controlled, NORMAL!!)

'isaih 45:14 talks about unpaid labours(us) being in fetters thats how we should be ,'tied' to the fds completely under their submission.

i wrote quite alot of quotes from my convention, will post some when i have more time! then we can all have a good laugh,

tho you said they didnt mention the internet but they did on fri at mine under the heading of 'DO NOT FOLLOW ARTFULLY CONTRIVED STORYS'
