well.. I HAD prebought tickets to StarWars but was too sick to go..
I've been sick a week and miserable..
and it's been in the 90s F and the air conditioning isn't working..
they sold my apartment complex and are going condo.. so the new management could care less about fixing stuff for us, as they want us out
so I am sick.. and miserablly HOT
i hate downunder because when i post a thread at 10.10pm - nobody else is up to respond & i get bored & go to bed & by the time i log on tomorrow - my thread will have been forgotten ...
You could always find out people's messengers on yahoo or ID. You'd be amazed how many people end up with insomnia or are night owls and might be up...

i just saw a few of my old jw buddies as i was driving home from the gym.
i started honking my horn manically and swerved towards them.. they all kinda jumped.

people say that love is blind to age difference but when you have/had to strike a relationship or marry with someone what's the maximum age difference that is/was acceptable to you?
It all depends on your age, the older you get the more the age span can increase. I have dated men ten yrs older and ten yrs younger

yes, consistent with the pattern for you and many, no one ever bothered to see why I stopped attending meetings..
many of us here were born into the jw cult and so had no real choice in life until we were much older.. however, those of you who actually chose to join the cult and be a jw, can you explain 'why' you wanted to believe 'the troof' that they claimed to have.

well I was born into it.
Supposedly my mother wasn't happy with the Lutherine church. Some of their teachings didn't answer some of her questions regarding the bible, so she was searching. I was but a baby. A neighbor was studying at the time and she showed mom the publication she was being studied with and my mom took the book home, read it in one night, and decided this was 'the truth".
