our last CO was constantly joking, even during DC parts he'd joke around alot and they loved him. The one we have right now is extremely dry and most of the jokes go over the congregation's head's.

My biases aside, this was by far the worse drama i have ever seen and the drama's have been the only thing i've been able to stay awake during since i was a child.

Maybe the production congregation was just lazy this year, but it was BAD. When the altar was supposed to be broke open, this guy sitting next to it pulled this string which in turned snapped. So he had to improvise and crack open the makeshift altar himself. :-(

And unlike other years, there really wasnt an introduuction or follow-up talk for the drama, then again, i was probably asleep when they had it :-P.

Reclaiming a kingdom hall.

it seems that some of you live in areas with a lot of people, that left.

if there were enough of you that left and incontact with eachother.

would it be possible to reclaim a hall.

I work as the assitant account servant and the account servant explained the process to me.

The congregation is given the full value of the hall from the WTBS at the begining. So for the next 10 or so years, the congregation(s) is paying the cost of the hall back to the WTBS. Then when they're finished they have to start paying insurance (i think). But i think the hall is considered the WTBS property, i can check though.

hi folks, .

after 7 months out of the cult and my 20e birthday approaching (next week) i sorted out what i would do with my life.

after i exited the borg i thought about various plans like touring the world or infiltering the congregation and fight the borg or becoming a professional musician (music is a hobbie for me).

Congrats, getting a degree is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I turn 20 in a few weeks, enjoy ur last few days as a teen :-P.

just because the watchtower society is wrong doesn't mean that there is no god, nor does it mean there is a god.

it would interesting to now how former members have adjusted thier cosmology, or whether they are now atheists and why.

i personally see religion as a more personal matter, rather than belonging to an organization.

I believe in an uncaring god now. Deism. I'm not downing anyone that's found god, spirituallity or some other form of enlightenment, but as a witness, you spend so much time criticizing all the other religions that by the time you leave, i dont see how anyone can believe any structured form of religion, let alone the bible. But thats just me.

fifty years is a long time.. do you think your congregation that you did/are associating with will exist then?.

the probability may exist that for congs.

of elderly publishers, they will either have to merge or disband.
