Is Time Speeding up? The Schumann Resonance

from what i have been reading recently, time has been steadily speeding up, and measurably so, according to the measurements of the schuman resonance.

we now fit more or less, 18 months into a 12 month year.. apparantly, this is supposed to continue up until the 21st or 23rd december 2012. at this point the earth will be at the end of its 26,000 year cycle .

we on the earth orbit the sun.

Apparantly, this is supposed to continue up until the 21st or 23rd December 2012. ; At this point the Earth will be at the end of its 26,000 year cycle . ;

Cycles do not have ends, that is why it are cycles. Of course you can define every point in the cycle as an end

We on the Earth orbit the Sun. ; The Sun orbits the central star ; of the 7 sisters Pleiades ;Constellation which happens to be Alcyone. On that date we will be in conjuntion with the exact centre of the Milky Way Galaxy, and in line with, from my simple understanding, a couple of other galaxys.

The sun does not orbid alcyone. And yes, that is also not the place where God's trone is.

There is always a line through the sun and the centre of the galaxy.

That date also marks the end of the Mayan 'Long Count'. ; Some believe this to 'mean the end of the world' when really it is just the end of another natural cycle of the Earth.

but also each year that god waits much more new people are born, and much more people will be destroyed.. never thought of it that way, but in their line of reasoning this is the case..... danny.

No, the numbers are still increasing. At elast worldwide they are.

CO visit: God is in 5th dimension

we had the special exiting visit of the co this week, a real spiritual feast!

we are so happy and blessed!.

he told us in his talk about were is god residence that god's residence is in the extra phsical dimension, and this is the place he and all spirit creatures lives.

He told us in his talk about were is God residence that God's residence is in the extra phsical dimension, and this is the place he and all spirit creatures lives. That is also why we can not see them.
Always wondered why we would not see them, but it turns out the answer is so easy and logical. Did not want to withheld this pearl of information for you all.

Memorial attendance - how many inactive JW`s?

the yearbook regularly speaks of the 'large' field of activity that involves the 7/8 million extra memorial attenders who are not active publishers.

the thing is, in our hall, few of these people were actually new to the cong.

i would say there are only a couple of million at best who may 'be there for the 1st time' each year.

yes, this is true. Although the faders, relatives and long time interested ones are also seen as potential.

a couple of million may even be to much. Maybe arounf 1 million or less.

It will be more in places that are more new to the truth and where the growth is more (like africa)

Does the bible really agree with science?

here's some food for thought, many jw's point out that the bible isn't a scientific text book, but when it comments on science its always correct.

they site many examples to try and prove this.

here's some you can throw back at them:leviticus 11:6 states that rabbits chew their cud.

DannyB, what makes you so sure that the Bible doesn't have any reference to General Relativity (or pecial Relativity, for that matter)? Would you know it if you read it? Quantum mechanics? The jury is still out on a great deal of that. I'm curious, how would you describe Relativity? I'm serious, please, just indulge me a bit and write down your description of General Relativity. It's got to encompass it's essence and be understandable, because I'm just a humble sheep herder.

Cosmos, Well, if I would read it and not recognize it as such it would be much of a value. "and the lord Jehovah has spoken to me, and he uttered the following words: 'Know that the speed that the light travels is always the same. Thy shall not try to go quicker then the light travels, because thou attempts will be foolish in th eyes of your God. Because time and the weight of things are not always the same, but the speed of light is."" Probably a nice proof would have been the factor between the distance of the moon and the sun, and the factors of diameter of earth, moon and sun. They are not unit dependent and stable and constant. Also easy to describe, easy to understand, and a great way to proof of knowledge unable to obtain on that time Danny

I think the lack of scienfic proof says enought.

Why is there no good description of relativity, quantum mechanics, or even only the distance factors of the heavenly bodies. Then God would make his point clear. But there is nothing that clearlt shows the bible has more then abnormal scientific knowledge for the time it was written in.

What is most important ? to approach a JW with? Any current changes in WT?

i have recently been having a dialogue with my jw friend on the "blood" doctrine.

i've heard about others who have used the wt involvement with the un (which i am not very familiar with).

others say to use the failed prophecies.

This is a hard question.

There aren't too many resent changes, some in doctrine (like the generation thing), but that would not make much difefrence to the study I guess.
JW's are only proud of changes, and see this as something that proves it is the true religion.

the time for a study is very long. before we were advised to stop if the sudy had not had very much progress after a year or so. With so few studies now, maybe people do not want to give up, and a study is easier hours then walking in the rain selling the magasines.

try to find out that what attracs her to the JW's. Show here that many cults/religions have that.

For me, the scientific evidence for evolution did it, but I guess lots of people like to ignore it (JW's and non JW's) so that is kind of hard way for her to get out I guess, but you could try....

Would Jesus forgive Satan if he repented?

asked the elder conducting my book study today...he didn't know.

how about a little help here old buddy.. if no...then why continue to "preach the good news" to convince them to repent?

that would be a waste of time.. if yes?....who would he not forgive?.

It would be so easy for Satan to make God a liar. Just be a little-sweet-devil-kitty.

then all prophecy's would fail, and God was wrong. He would not like anything more then that....

I asked an elder why he did not do this. He answer me: he can not do that because he is not made that way. Duh? Guess who "did not made him that way".....

Found out there is a religion EXACTLY like JW'S!! And I mean EXACTLY!

so i was talking to a friend of mine today, who was raised a protestant but it is some fanatical protestant group that is exactly like jehovah's wittnesses.

her religion has basically the same teachings : the paradise, disfellowshipping, marrying "only in the lord" , no college, submissive women; the whole bit!

she was even raised around the same terms like us: holy spirit instead of ghost, the "older ones", worldy, bad association, elders,

Well, I "lost" also a biblestudy before to some thing very similar to JW's.
Anyway, it helped me to realize that I could not find any real reason for him to follow us and not them. So, it created some doubt at that time.

If you look very close at the bible you probably get something like the JW's. (some details different maybe)

All religion is dangerous, so how more different ones the better, as that will make them fall apart sooner
