  would you marry someone more than 15 years older or younger than yourself?.

  it seems to be somewhat common for men to marry women significantly younger than them selves, but when a woman marries a man much younger, it seems to generate a lot of attention.. what are your thoughts?

  Well age never stops me.

  Because of my lifestyle and situation, I tend to hang out with twenty somethings and I have never felt uncomfortable at all, oh except when they mention how old their parents are!!!

  Seriously, If I see an attractive woman, I don't do mental arithmatic around how old she is. If we are attracted to each other, why not?

  Dubs put dad on do not call list

  mom told me today that she checked out the territory where my dad lives and there is a note on the back of the map not to call on my dad's house because he is an apostate.

  lol the funny thing is that he was never even baptized.

  no way he can be an apostate.

  Who was your favorite "60's " folk singer?

  i go this idea from simons post on bob dylan's documentary.. my first choice would be..... joan baez.... she had the most beautiful voice, and with her excellent guitar picking, didn't need any backup music or singers.. next would be ...peter, paul and mary.

  they could really harmonize magnificeintly.. what are your favorites?.

  What does your desktop wallpaper look like?

  there are so many to choose from over the net.

  i usually use the basic wallpapers that windows xp provide.. i love using "azul" wallpaper to remind me of the summer, since our summers don't last long.. .

  this time of year i turn to the "autumn" wallpaper with the nice colored leaves.. .

  Not fully applying scriptures

  galatians 6:10- really, then, as long as we have time favorable for it, let us work what is good toward all, but especially toward those related to [us] in the faith.

  i was thinking this weekend with hurricane rita devastating texas and louisiana that the jw's really do take care of their own when disasters strike.

  however if you clearly read that scripture in galatians it says "work what is good towards all" then it says "espcially those related to us in the faith".

  You forget that we were jws at one time. Myself for 17 yrs.

  I know what the wts says in its publications and I know how much time we were encouraged to use helping non witnesses.

  Don't try to preach to the non converted.

  As far as this site spewing bile, I guess we all see what we want to see.

  Invariably, those that are free with advice are the last to drink their own medicine.

  At times where I have felt compelled to "advise" another, I do a quick reality check to make sure the advice is not better applied by myself.

  Have you ever had someone telling you what to do and it is glaring out of them that this issue is their major problem?

  Dancing is my passion. I regularly dance for 10 hrs or more at a time. I dance for myself. Many a time I have been the first on the floor either in clubs or out door.

  People say I'm a very good dancer (not that I care). I guess I dance from the heart and spirit..
