Is this how people will be microchipped soon?

Not quite. The 'beast' in the latter part of Revelation chapter 13 represented Nero. There is no basis for "below" in the text.
The idea of a chip implant is very possible though and and is of course a dream scenario for the marxist powers that want to control people completely

so they don't provide any physical food to people in africa but they can send them "spiritual food" for $75.

Seriously?? The JW web page about it says, "Each box costs approximately $75 U.S.". It is the last sentence of the third paragraph. But if your angle is that they aren't explicitly asking for that amount, it should be obvious that the culture of JWs implies that the suggested donation should be made to 'defray the costs'. The article 'suggests' at the end, "How are the costs of this arrangement covered? By donations to the worldwide work, many of which are made via donate.jw.org. Thank you for your generous support."

Worldwide preaching campaign targeting government officials.
by smiddy3 indoes anybody know what this message will contain ?
is it designed to provoke a response that will bring persecution on the religion ?
or is it just going to be some meaningless weak campaign to get the rank and file all excited about it and achieving nothing.. or is it going to suggest to the government officials that this mob could very well be the next jonestown /wacol incident and we need to act now.

As usual their âspecial campaignâ is kind of trite. Itâs really just keeping the members (though not actually âmembersâ according to the updated âShepherdâ book) busy giving out extra copies of The Watchtower. âGovernment officialsâ wonât be the least bit interested in the âmessageâ from the not-the-locusts-anymore. After the dramatic statement that itâs âtime to take actionâ, their proposed âactionâ is to wait an undefined amount of time until their imaginary friend kills almost everyone.
Itâs possible their intent is to get governments to increase their opposition to the extremist views of Jehovahâs Witnesses, except their endtimes scenario (e.g. initial destruction of all religions except Jehovahâs Witnesses) is so unrealistic that it will be mostly just brushed off as nonsense, and most democratic countries give a lot of latitude for people having whatever crackpot religious views they like.

i will spare you those details.. jw.org and jwfacts are there with youtubes out the wazoo but i would appreciate your thought on this.. i know there are contradictions plenty but this is foundational, blatant and current.
i know they typically just blow off.

Jerryh, in 2013 they moved the first âinspectionâ from 1918 (arrest of watch tower executives) to 1919 (their release). And they moved the âappointmentâ of the âslaveâ from Pentecost to 1919.

How Often is 1914 Openly Spoken of at the Meetings?
by Number 6 inas someone who left in 1991 aged 21, one of my overriding memories of growing up in the watchtower was being able to "prove" the end times by referencing 1914.. major change in 95 then again after that.
if i'm being honest i could not even tell you now what the current teaching is.. for those who still attend the meetings, is it still openly spoken about?
i genuinely curious as i wonder if the teaching will be altogher dropped eventually, and one of the easiest ways to achieve that is to stop speaking about it.

They canât maintain their beliefs about 1919 without retaining 1914 so theyâre a bit stuck. It really is pathetic.
But they likely rarely mention it, and they are much less likely to mention October 1914 because the war has already started and something was supposed to happen suddenly in or after October (and Russell didnât say anything at all about âSatan being thrown to earthâ because he believed the âdragonâ referred to pagan nations.)
Apart from the vague notion about the âend of the gentle timesâ (an Adventist teaching), nothing that Jehovahâs Witnesses now believe about 1914 was taught by C T Russell or even when they were supposedly âselectedâ in 1919.

New JW article - Help children deal with disturbing news reports
by Listener inthe watchtower has the audacity to think it is some authority on the matter of telling parents how to deal with news reports that may disturb them, when for decades it has been promoting a horrific destruction of 99% of people currently living on earth, including detailed pictures in their own 'news reports'.. why would people print disturbing news reports?
one reason that they provide specifically relates to themselves as well.
children may have trouble putting the news in perspective.
