Guess the Lord came to save all the sinners, eh!! One time standing in back of hall a bethelite elder said there's not one person sitting in these rows that isn't a sinner and all are bad, etc., -- WOW! I couldn't believe what he'd said and responded, "really!" Child abusers, wife beaters, embezzlers, alcoholics, drug dealers - this list of negatives would be a great billboard to join your local JW kingdom hall. Scary bunch and the 'truth' must fail so many - sad. I know there are exceptions.

zeb - I hear ya but it's sad that so many are -- I blame society and parental failures/problems to a large extent but there's probably valid reasons in the biology/chemistry.

i like listening to mozart.. i have noticed the site says it has been visited 181,232,000 plus times.. it has received 51,500 plus comments.. their much bragged about jw.org site has received hm visits?

and comments of course?

comments are denied... says a great deal about the call and power of blessed music..

What's the diff between Echo and Alexa? I've noticed the Alexa at times doesn't respond or if I don't yell the command slowly it gets confused and just goes off. Is this normal -- seems strange since it's plugged into hard wire.

what unique to jws phrases do you remember?

something fun for those of us taught to speak an entirely unique and pure language.

there have been posts in the past in this forum but perhaps some have new ones after having kept up with jehovah's chariot as the light gets brighter.

Michael Jackson (or his agents/collectors) used his "unrighteous riches" to get preferential treatment w/exquisite shops containing world artifacts, art objects, etc., on the LV strip to the extent security was involved and could not allow any pieces/items taken for approval -- per negative experience/history.

The 'entitled' have no conscience in family, business, etc. He resided in my community before his last residence in area and not sure of his privileges other than appearing ghost/masked when out walking. Haven't heard much about Prince other than when shopping (arrangements and rules set out) no one was allowed to 'look' at him or get close -- which is understandable.

I'm sure the good ole boys' Crooklyn club schmoozed the entertainers - deep pockets.

Iriddle80 - I linked into Michael Heiser's youtube but fell asleep. What little I gathered he's coloring outside the lines re/mainstream dogma and the overall subject how the Bible was written for a different world/people thus we can't understand much. I wish some of the scriptural intellects onboard here would take a peek (theists and atheists) for their opinion or a new topic. I only watched some of the first youtube - he seems to have a following and is quite educated in theology, Hebrew, Greek - the Bible in general and stepped outside his comfort zone.

At least ole St. Nick (I loved him so) made you happy for one day out of the year and he always had a substitute filling in e/xmas. Peter Rabbit was always generous w/chocolate/candy and beautiful baskets stuffed with goodies. The Baptist Church had fun Easter egg hunts and party for the children. Those were happy memories unlike attending the morbid bunkers (halls) with all the evil taking place - no good memories there.

Sorry - I keep forgetting that god always has the GB clowns and Pope, etc., filling in on their behalf.

Iriddle - appreciate your comment. Did you ever give up your faith? Honestly, faith and hope re/God was the only thing that allowed my suffering attendance re/Watchtower but for very short time in reality altho I'd read the magazines for awhile -- addictive.

Also meant to add why is it easier for some to walk away from the hope/fantasy of religion/faith/gods and cope than others? I think men are stronger and better at this than females? Others believe in a higher power of their making or something they can attach their brains to -- very difficult in my opinion.
