  the usa is "selling" us canadians huge shipments of the astrazeneca vaccine.

  We have different stats -- Hospitals were empty here and pretty much everywhere except during a few peak periods of time. I know a few people who were hospitalized here and California. California was overloaded in couple areas because of the border needing treatment -- info per the medical community. Of course Los Angeles hospitals were busting at the seams during certain times.

  I don't know about Astra Zeneca but Pfizer and Moderna have cleaned up with profits. Moderna's profits were up 13% within the first 2 weeks of distribution of injections. Pfizer has made great profits. Federal gov't has paid for all this -- the taxpayer but money well spent if the vacs work.

  You're making ludicrous statements. Any virus can be dangerous and deadly especially to the aged and infirm. Of course some younger people have been slammed hard with it. I never indicated otherwise.

  Did lose a family member during COVID - last June and the hospital was empty - so desperate for patients and low staffed.

  I'm personally very cautious and limit my association with anyone - have looked homeless for a year now.

  LHG - Oh, girl - you make me laugh/lolololol.

  Most were fiscally irresponsible and the excuse to put kingdom interests first was their cop out card. Some seemed to ignore the scripture re/working hard or no food. I don't know why they had to panhandle inside the halls when many used the welfare system.

  I couldn't believe when a friend from the midwest told me over half her old hall claimed to be crazy, have severe mental problems, etc., etc., to quality for welfare. They were just losers living off the hard-working taxpayers.

  LHG - hard-working taxpayers (retired or otherwise) are still paying for those unethical JWs too lazy to work living off the social-welfare system. After all, they're putting kingdom interests first and thus entitled to everything from the worldly losers including other JWs who are expected to share w/them.

  alanv - I'm not anti-vax nor anti-covid vax just interested in the negatives, if any. Astra Zeneca has been banned in quite a few countries but not here.

  The swine flu (H1N1) vax was a dismal failure killing thousands (late 60s as I recall). 60 Minutes did a show re/the horrors of an untested vax. They swapped out a new type (apparently) for a tested one but who knows.

  Covid death rates were inflated to promote the vax (for one reason) and the rest is hype. I'm not saying it isn't bad - it is for the elderly and those with comorbidities. Death rate was NOT out of line last year from previous years.

  All these vacs are experimental and big pharma walks - no liability/can't sue. Couple deaths in the past week in Arizona after Astra Zeneca injections - 2 males approximately 50 yrs. old. I don't think it has been recalled in AZ.

  Johnson & Johnson - the one jab vaccine - caused an elementary school to shut down as teachers became quite ill after inoculation. Apparently, this is not unusual and many schools have been closed because of teacher shortage due to the jab.

  i know he’s a great golfer.

  we know he just got into a major car accident (again).. i respect his golfing abilities but personally i’ve never cared for him and i think the press glorifies him sooo much.

  someone i know from england is a nurse.

  she told me there was an outbreak at the hospital and she got the virus after being vaccinated.

  she said she was told it probably would have been much worse for her had she not gotten vaccinated.

  Yes - very apprehensive about getting the vaccine. Many issues with it and deaths quite high in nursing homes among elderly receiving vacs.

  Waiting - there's issues per CDC (twitter). A percentage is sick, can't function, work and needs healthcare help.

  Bet the attorney Zalkin would pay for those files and nice chunk change for the new church.

  Elders yrs. ago knew the cult won the cases and the poor vics lost against thug Watchtower plus the old statute of limitations didn't help.

  WT has billions. It's all about real estate but would be nice if they were in financial crisis mode.

  Minimus - you could take up a collection and we all buy it from the church and give the ole WT something to talk about -- good apostate gossip.
