  Care for the Anointed

  i have just read the thread that was started with the comment regarding the anointed.

  it brought a smile to my face because not so long ago my wife was still working in a nursing home for jehovahs witnesses run by witnesses.

  she had been there for over five years and in that time-helped care for five of the anointed class.

  get this.. a knock at my door... i answer it, it's a sister who claims to be anointed.

  i used to study with her but lost contact for awhile after i moved.

  so anyway, she is standing in my doorway making idle conversation and manages to ask her way into my living room.

  The BIG YELL at the KH

  i was about age 12, already bored with the routine of sunday talks, and the 'tower' study.

  i had had about two years worth of enduring the repetitive meetings, as a consequence of my parents' conversion.. one sunday turned out to take a decidedly exciting direction.

  we were at the kh early in order for my ms stepdad to tend to his duties before the 3:00 public talk.

  MONEY is holding many of us back

  many of us would like to be doing far more with our lives, but, that old bloomin problem of lack of finances holds many of us back time and again from accomplishing that which we would like to be getting on with.. many have made friends here from across international borders and would welcome meeting up with one another, if only our financial situation were in better shape.. i'm left wondering, what skills do we have between us that might be shaped towards bringing more revenue into our pockets, to enable more wishes to come true within our lives.

  what one individual lacks in one area, somebody else here probaly has that desired skill, therefore ..... what might some of us be doing more of to assist our individual skill bases, generating income between individuals?

  what small, simple ideas could we introduce, that would work across international borders utilising the benefits of the net and computer technologies?.

  When did Jesus ask mothers and fathers to let their children die rather than allow them to have a life saving blood transfusion ?

  There is so much info. now available concerning the hypocrisy of the blood ban by JWs, but this information needs to be made known to JWs themselves and anybody who has family in this dangerous sect.
  This is a great article, condensed, clear.
  I will keep it and print it and use it if JWs ever visit me again.

  Did they somehow forget that 6 millions Jews were killed ?
