  Name that dog?

  due to security issues in our neighborhood we are getting a big dog.

  we had a look at him tonight big siberian husky 8 months old and very big for a husky taller than i am when standing on his back legs more of a howler than a barker hope the neighbors dont complain.

  loves children but dont think he could eat a whole one probably spit that bit out anyway.

  A year ago in April my old dog died and we adopted a one year old husky-german shepard mix at the local shelter, white face, black body, beautiful, very affectionate, and yes, very protective of her new family. The only problem with huskies, is that they need a lot of exercise, and we can't let her out on her own, she has to be on a leash . . . . she follows her nose and scents and tracks and soon gets lost . . . on December 28, I let her out in the morning, as I was going out also, and she didn't come back. She spent the night outside in the snow. We found her on the other side of the hill the next afternoon....

  just got off the phone with a brother this morning.

  he walked out of the watchtower study due to offensive remarks on the abuse issue.

  this was the watchtower study that was the second in the march1, 2003 series.

  How can they lie like that ? How can the dubs listening to that garbage just sit there and not say anything ? What would happen to the person who would raise his/her voice during such a talk and say : how can you lie like that ? 6 year olds have been molested and raped and abused.... it happens in our religion as it happens in the Catholic Church and other places...

  Jesus is watching you

  late one night, a burglar broke into a house, the family had gone out for the evening.. as he was sneaking around the living room he heard a voice say 'jesus is watching you!

  ' he froze in his tracks.. silence returned, and as the burglar started moving forward, again he heard 'jesus is watching you!

  ' he was frightened.. frantically he looked around the corner of the room with his torch and saw a parrot in a cage.

  HUGE METEOR!!!!!!!

  you are the president of the united states.

  a meteor has been discovered that is headed toward earth.

  they have calculated that it will strike france in 2 days, at approximately: 1:00 am.

  ...We interrupt the program to bring you very upsetting news.... Due to an error in the scientists calculations, the meteor that should have hit France at 1 am tonight, will instead hit Washington DC.... you have 4 hours to evacuate the city, and try to get as far as possible, as New York will also be toast as also a big part of the East Coast...

  i came to this site via freeminds.com and am really quite surprised to learn that this site is maintained by active jw's (am i correct?

  - i'm a slow learner).

  i get the feeling i maybe getting the shun treatment, which is okay, for i understand that for the mindset from which it originates.

  Can you eat blood now?

  i have no trouble with transfusions to save peoples lives but recently we went to a wedding and one of my little lads had been up to the buffet and come back with a plate of food, on it was little circles of black pudding (blood sausage), he didnt know what it was (i have never brought it home so he hasnt seen it before) but just threw it on his plate anyway.

  while he wasnt looking i took it off and threw it away!

  couldnt bring myself to let him eat it and i still couldnt eat it because of the background in jws.
