My life or love? do i deserve to choose?
by ConFuseDnStresSed05 ini'm 18, my whole life i've been fed a lie that my whole family believes is true, they've done nothing but try to help me in what ever ways their religion will allow them, and now wfter being sheltered, confused, but taken care of physically and what my mother thinks is spiritually i'm ready to leave it all ebhind, friends, family and more because now i'm of age and can see the numerous flaws and problems in the orginization.
do i deserve to choose what to do.
i'm between a rock and a hardplace.

Dansk is in the hospital --- emails from Claire

as you know, he posted to us on wednesday morning (after the tuesday night vigil) saying that he felt very bad.
claire ended up having to go home from work because he was feeling so weak and having some trouble breathing.. here are her emails.

Would you go to a funeral at the Kingdom Hall?
by Dustin inso my brother and i have been having talks about what will happen when our dad passes away eventually.
most of his brothers and sisters have died in their 50's or early 60's.
i flat out refuse to attend any part of the service that would be done at the kingdom hall.

by Lynne Y inhi, i'm lynne.. i was wondering about religion for months and found this website.. i was hoping to get some feedbacks... almost everyone in my mom's family is a witness, and i was born and raised as a witness.
and yet, i never really wanted to get baptized, maybe because my father left the truth(?
although i don't like the expression, the truth, i don't know what else to say.. heh..).

by riotgirlpeeps ini thought this would be kind of fun to do is list some of the offenses that i have committed according to witness beliefs.
i thought it might be mildly amusing considering the lack of emphasis that any of these things are wrong according to the majority of the population.
i'll limit myself to ten.

Letters to the police child protection
by estrelasb ini have had it with the jw child abuse policy.
the more i read the more sickening the stories become.
henceforth i have sent emails to the british police child protection unit, the u.k social services and mr. blair himself the prime minister.

Letters to and from Parents
by estrelasb inyou could argue and you would most definately have a huge valid point that i have been too agressive.
however as many posters often emphasise, personal responsibility is a key issue in parenting.
there has to be a point when one says these are my decisions too and cannot be blamed totally on manipulation (although i still maintain this is a huge huge part of the org in addition to horrendous mind control techniques and downright lies).. i feel this is my path and i am taking it.

Get that Drama about "No College" into the hands of a child custody judge

just finished reading the posts on this years drama, about timothy "pioneering" and how youths should not go to college.. it is crucial, if you are helping any parent win custody of their children from their jw parent, that you get a copy of the drama on dvd (someone stated it would be released at the end of the summer) and get it into the hands of a family court judge.. the wt already has a booklet about how jw parents and children should respond in family court, over custody cases.
they use twisted reasoning and scripted answers.. this dvd will expose their lies and evil maliciouness..
