  i hate to exercise, therefore i haven't really ever done it, and stuck with it.

  i've had 6 children, and am quite sedentary.

  i get really bad migraines when my blood pressure rises, hence hating excercise.. .

  You can't say that giving yourself shots and counting carbs is a pleasant thing! Financially having diabetes is costly! You pay higher heath insurance premiums (if you can even get coverage), highere auto insurance payments, the cost of the insulin itself is high (Novoloc costs a cool 400.00 for one pen!), I'm only touching on the financials of having something like diabetes, I'm not even going into the possibility of someone with it passing out while driving or having complications because of it.

  StAnn, totally off topic but why did they say you had Lupus when it was something else, and how did they realize their mistake?

  Heartbreaker, is there anything that you are willing to do to lose the weight? Everything so far has been, "I can't" "I won't". This really is not an issue about looking skinny and fitting into a smaller pair of jeans. It's far more serious than that, you could be causing damage to your body that can not be reversed and gain you think getting up and walking is hard? Wait till you have to give yourself insulin injections because you have diabetes!

  First things first. If you do have a thyroid problem, go to your doctor and sit down with him/her and have them explain your medical condition to you so that you understand it, it's silly to say "I have a medical condition and know nothing about it", it is you job to ask questions and be as informed as possible!

  If you think working out is hard stop and think about how hard things will be when you end up with type two diabetes and have to give your self a shot of insulin any time you sit down to eat. Thinking about that has really helped me, my little sister has type 2 diabetes caused by another medical problem, the poor kid has to count carbs before she sits down to eat and I've started myself on the "diabetic diet", for example if I want a cookie I'll stop and ask myself, "If I had diabetes how much insulin would I have to give myself to cover this?", thinking like that has a way of making you put the cookie down,lol.

  OMG i did not just have a two hour WT fight with my wife again!!!!

  damm this snow!!

  !....i mean i am separated and all but this is the second snow where i wind up back home for the night (mostly non-sexual)...i mean separation does give you time for second thoughts but damm!!!!

  !.....we had a contract practically to never do this again...but she looked at me and said "so what are we going to do...what is going to happen with us".....so i went with it....and omg it was like a nightmare of every wt jw argument rolled into one!!!!!

  Should I walk away from my "underwater" home?

  millions are now facing the dilemma of making house payments on a property that is not worth what is being paid.

  after originally promising to repay the bank, is there a "moral" obligation to continue in a dwelling, even at a loss ... or is it best to exercise the "legal" right of foreclosure and pay the consequences ?.

  That's a totally different thing, you can't get blood from a stone, but what the OP is saying is simply that he no longer wants to pay because the home has lost value, so it's not a case of "I can't pay because i lost my job and can't find another", it's a case of "Well it's not a worthy investment any more so why should I have to live up to my obligations and pay if i can just walk away?"

  You have no idea how much this gets under my skin. You are planning to walk away from a home simply because it’s not worth as much as what you paid for it? Never once do you mention anything about not being able to pay for the home, or having financial hardship. Shame on you. There are so many people who have legitimate reasons for walking away from homes and here you are acting like a brat and walking away from your obligations simply because you can. *shakes head*

  I think I realized how much I loved him when he took it upon himself to learn Spanish for me, and when he sent me a t-shirt that smelled like him when he was gone, or maybe it was when he tried to rap a song for me to make me feel better, he does the best rendition of "Milkshake",lol.

  Awww Newborn it takes time! I met my guy at a party almost a year ago, just started chatting with him about the weather and next thing you know I have my best friend and a ring! When we started seeing each other I never thought we'd get this far and then one day I was sitting around reading and thought "hu, I really, really love him", it just happens, lol.
