I also love Ebay! I'm careful about what I buy because shippng from the states to Canada is a little pricey.
Mis~ I've been staying away from the yarn, I've got some many half finished projects on the go already.

STUDY: Hallucinogen in mushrooms prompts positive changes in people
by Elsewhere inhttp://www.physorg.com/news71808185.html
scientists show hallucinogen in mushrooms creates universal 'mystical' experience
using unusually rigorous scientific conditions and measures, johns hopkins researchers have shown that the active agent in "sacred mushrooms" can induce mystical/spiritual experiences descriptively identical to spontaneous ones people have reported for centuries.

I heard that this morning as well. It's very intriging but the risks seem high.
<< about a third of subjects reported significant fear, with some also reporting transient feelings of paranoia," says Griffiths. "Under unmonitored conditions, it's not hard to imagine those emotions escalating to panic and dangerous behavior.">>

Be Honest: Did You ACTUALLY Report Accurate Field Service Time?
by minimus ini bet most people did not.
i think nearly everyone counted time spent on breaks.
or sitting in the car for an hour and a half while the elders did a "shepherding" call.

Yes I did. The majority of the year it was a big fat 0 hours. But every summer I would HAVE to pioneer *glare* Was it 60 hours at one point you had to get? I missed it by 30 minutes and refused to lie to say I got it in. (Despite being told by others that they were *sure* I most have gotten it in)
I may be a lot of things but I'm not a liar.

How many ex-jws move out of town to start over?
by rebel8 ini was wondering how common it is for ex-jws to relocate after leaving the borg in order to escape the bad memories of being in a cult, or to break contact with cult members.. i have wanted to move far away for as long as i can remember--even as a kid--for this purpose.
various life circumstances have delayed that--long story--but mr. rebel8 and i are thinking of moving within the next few years.
i am the one who's most interested in moving to a completely different type of place--different culture, different climate, different everything!

I wish that I had.
I moving soon to anew province and while I was there this weekend it dawned on me that no one knows who I am there! I won't have the daily shunning from people I had known my whole life.
Nothing in my new town reminds me of anything, it should be a good stay.

A question about the ladies
by cyberdyne systems 101 inok firstly i have nothing against ladies, especially any of the lovely ones here - some of whom i recently had the pleasure of meeting in the flesh at englishmans bbq, and i must say what a great group of girls we have here!.
anyway back to my question, a number of times i have noticed that some women seem to go quiet on you rather than tell you what they feel.
almost like pushing you away because they can't speak about whatever it is.

Speaking from my vast experience of two whole relationships (lol)
When told repeatedly that your partner would be "lost" and "can't see themselves living" without you, I tended to get very careful about what I said and did until I thought that they would be okay mentally and emotionally without me.
Is there ever an easy way to say that you've moved and no longer need taht person in your life romantically?

You're neurotic and compulsive as well?! When we do meet we'll either get along great or want to slap each other. :P
Which I'm sure you wouldn't mind

Vitty! You too?
It's a neccessity for me! This way I've gone over the future conversation from all angles and am prepared for whatever direction it goes in. Very handy for difficult talks with difficult people.
