  okay, so i was at an free out door festival about a week ago.

  there was a rather dirty looking woman there with her little yorkie, who looked rather skinny and was a little mangy.

  so i asked the woman if i could pet the dog.

  what will happen when all those older witnesses fall sick and eventually die?

  i know so many in the congregation in their mid 70's and older.

  many of these older ones are pillars in the congregation.. i was just wondering what effect it will have 5 to 10 years from now, when all these older ones will be too sick to attend meetings or dead.

  My parents have NO savings let alone a saving plan because they were not supposed to get old. I think they realize that they and my siblings will get old eventually ( 'cause hello the sky is NOT falling!!) as they strongly supported my brother in college and are pushing the next to go as well (maybe that is their saving plan)

  this band can be a local, main stream etc..... my favorite local band was little blue crunchy things, they were from milwaukee, wi.

  What's the oddest thing you have eaten?

  hey i was on holiday last week and we went to a sea-side night market and there was a food stand called "roadkill restaurant".

  the motto was "you kill it, we grill it".

  charming place.. they had crocodile, buffalo, camel, and kangaroo and emu kebabs.

  Were YOU Depressed When You Were A Witness?

  i've seen soooo many witnesses taking meds or alcohol because of unhappiness and depression.

  i know of one woman who regularly gos to her shrink and is the most depressed person that i know of.

  personally, i believe it's because a jw can never do enough to satisfy god or the elders....what do you think?

  have known allot of people for a long time from oakcliff and beerly hills, and cedar hills.
