None.
I was always considered "bad association" even though the other teens were the ones doing everything that I was being accused of doing. Nobody believed that I was "good" including my parents. I was grounded. A lot. ;D

How many 'real" friends did you ever really have in ther "truth'
by The Lone Ranger insure we got to know a lot of people, we knew a lot more people then the average person, but how many real friends did we ever have?
a friend that we could trust, that we could confine in.
i can say i had just one, bro x and even then i still had to be careful, bro x is an elder now and he tells me that im the only real friend hes ever had, he cant freely talk to anyone.

Does it feel good to hurt? Why do we make ourselves sad?
by AlmostAtheist ini've noticed that there are certain songs, movies, memories, etc that make me sad.
there is even a category of music we call "sad songs".
it seems obvious that we would never listen to something that makes us sad.

Having sad times and experiencing sad emotions can make the good times much sweeter.
how boring to go thru life and not have a wide range of feelings.

PRAYING.... Is it the answer to eating disorders?
by Gill ini found that the article on 'young popele ask....do i have an eating disorder?
' in the awake magazine for october 2006 to have worrying advice in it.. apparantly the answer to this problem, according to the wtbts is prayer!
how did psychiatrists miss this for so long?.

Dangerous advice. So what happens when thses troubled and ill ones don't get better from prayer? What happens when they start to think that god doesn't care about them since they still have the eating disorder? Stupid, stupid advice.

Thank you Dune, I've been wondering about this.
It's very good that he isn't allowed to see the girls and even better that the mom called the police herself. I hope that all involved get counselling and heal.

No kids in my house :)
I have a big whiteboard above my desk that I use to keep track of things I have to do that day/week. Also I have a dayplanner that I use constantly for appointments, deadlines, homework, assignments, bills etc. I would be lost without these.
I find it very helpful to pay the bills as I open them (this way I don't misplace it or forget)
Growing up we always laid out our clothes for the next day the night before, packed our school bags with everything we needed and Mom would have our lunches all made and waiting in the fridge. This made mornings go by much smoother and with a lot less drama.
Earthtone~ Girl, you got it made! I hate housework and would love to find a man that cleans. -

Fellow canuck here *waves*
Why don't you try pm'ing Canadians on the board that are in the same province as you? You wouldn't even have to say who you were, just ask if they know of certain people.
