oh my god, i'm back into the groove again.
back when i first made the move to get out of this religion, i was partying with this girl from work, but then i fuked it up.
second semester i made lots of friends but they really chirstian, but still fun with going to concerts and all.
but WHAT is the best approach to dancing with a girl?
Ask before you touch comes to mind. There is nothing worse then being in a club and being felt up on the dance floor in all different directions. If you've got your eye on a girl ask if you can buy her a drink, that usually worked for me!

my wife has been struggling with her weight since the birth of our children.
she's done every fad diet and always gives up.
now she's turned to phentermine, a controlled substance for weight loss.
Any pill or fad diet is just a gimmick or a crutch. ( sorry I don't mean to be harsh )
The only way to lose weight successfully is to change how you eat. Give up the over processed foods and eat only what is closest to it's original form. Whole grains, fresh fruit & veggies, good quality meat and fish with lots of good water.

i used to try and avoid running into jw's after i was first d/f, but the past few years i have taken a different spin on it.
at my old job as a cashier if i was the only cash open then they had no choice but to have me wait on them.
the apprehension on their faces as they approaached was hysterical.

Java ~ That is exactly why I do it! Why should I play into their idea of what an ex-JW should do/look/act like? By being truly happy and friendly when I met them I hope that some will question why I am not a quivering mess on the floor and realize that there is life outside the KH.

some companies have shares owned by catholic church, therefore should a jw check the share ownership as buying a product eg car could be contributioning to babylon the great?
Good JW's would also not donate to any charities that might conceivably use the donation toward anything against their beliefs. Examples would be a local hospital(might go towards blood equipment), Alhzimiers Society ( stem cell research )

i was assimilated at birth... .
my maternal grandparents came to england in the early 1940s, and learnt the troof here.
my grandfather opposed my grandmother for a while, but then he decided it wasn't worth the fight and studied the blue "troof book" and my grandparents got baptised at the same assembly.
I was born into and emotionally blackmailed to get baptized and stay in.
I've never had the "truth" only the fear that god would kill me if I left.
