  JW Ladies: starved for love?

  ok, in another thread, a poster referred to incidents of "sisters" out in "field service" attempting to "hit" on the males they encountered at the doors.

  i have personally had this experience, and also noticed that the last time i visited a kingdom hall, the females in the hall were very, very flirty (including those who were married).

  it was as if i had entered a place inhabited soley by women who had been denied male companionship for years!

  I found many of the JW women were very flirty with me, both before I was a JW and after I got baptized - even after I was married. And it's understandable. Women need sex, and lots of it. Where were they going to get it? From their husbands??? Where would they get the energy, after going to meetings, preparing for meetings, service, preparing for service, congregational politics, preparing for congregational politics, etc.

  If anything can cause erectile dysfunction it's meetings at the Kingdom Hall.

  One of my fears as a disfellowshipped person is the extreme shunning and real hatred I saw in the eyes of my own family members at my old hall.

  Now, what was it that Jesus said? "By their fruits you shall know them..."

  Can a religion that instills that kind of hatred have any connection with God?

  iam confused about the requirement for field service time.

  what are the scriptures that reference a preaching work that will carried out by ordinary people.

  is there scriptural backing?

  Where in the bible does it prove that Jesus recommended the Christians keep a record of how many scrolls were placed with non-believers and hours kept, for the amount of time they spent in the preaching work?????

  You forgot pioneers™. I don't recall Jesus stating that pioneers™ and auxiliary pioneers™ had to meet certain hour requirements.

  Also, I wonder if Paul would be given the title of Missionary if he were alive today. After all, he's not a Gilead™ graduate.

  I joined a church last year, it's non-denominational.

  So what do they do in a non-denominational church? Can people believe and do whatever they want?

  Ever wonder why the priest is on a pulpit, higher than the congregation? Ever wonder why the platform at the KH is elevated? Or why brothers™ roam around with microphones?
