  i just watched reign over me.

  adam sandler has come a long way as an actor, and i thought he did very well portraying the feelings someone has who keeps the pain of emotional tragedy inside.

  i'll never feel ok about all the damage caused by me when i was at my worst.. the movie also made me think about me and my relationships and us as a group of people affected by something so tragic in some cases.

  Very good point...
  I think a lot of us talk about it with each other because we're the only people who can relate and understand what we all have been through and go through every day.

  forties suits with handpainted ties.

  fifties/sixties sharkskin "rat pack" suits with the skinniest ties i could get away with, etc.,

  a new poster has a similar sounding name (slimdf) and it recalled slim to mind... .

  What kind of Driver are you and your history? Do girls get a better deal?

  i would consider myself somewhat aggressive and impatient, swearing and gesturing when infuriated in a very fast red sports car.. i do keep to the speed limit or about 5 to 10 miles above.

  i have never had a ticket issued in my 32 year driving and never been in an accident.. i've been pulled over twice and let go.

  once for an expired tag, and once for a brake light out.. tell your driving history!.

  I had one speeding ticket when I was 17 (driving on a freeway up North), never had another one since. I've never been in an accident where I hit someone, I've always been the person getting hit or backed into. My Insurance rate's pretty good and has been from what I can remember.
  
  As far as guys, I've heard they always have a higher rate- I have no idea if it's true or not.

  well for the posters using mac anyway.

  has anyone else with a mac updated to the new mac os x leopard?

  i'm loving it since my spelling is sometimes atrocious- see i'd have misspelled that already otherwise ;-).

  getting in a few last words before the new switcheroo at 8:00 a.m. i'm assuming that there's an instant turning off of the old on the landline and a turning on of the new.

  it will be a revelation [the good, not the wt kind] to watch and hear youtube et al at high speed.
