I LOST IT ... my JW rant today
by talesin inwell, i just couldn't hold it in anymore.. today, i exploded, talking to my mother about the family inheritance and how i am being screwed.. i told her i had been so angry lately, and just had to tell her what i was thinking, because the anger was slipping out at times, and i was making snide anti-jw comments .... which is not my way.
i'm usually quite direct.. i told her that i couldn't take being treated like a piece of dog you-know-what on the bottom of someone's shoe any longer.. that in the past couple of years, i had learned so much filth about the jws that i was getting more and more disgusted day by day.. i started shouting ... there is nothing wrong with me!!!
why do i have to be shunned when they hide child molesters???.

Wow tal, I had no idea you had all of this going on inside of you. I don't even know what to say, I read what you wrote and sat here for awhile, and then I read it over again. I'm speechless and I am so sorry. you are such a nice person and that's great your able to open up about all of this, it certanly beats holding it inside. I hope everything will be okay for you, and I consider you one of my friends. I'm here for you if you ever need someone to talk to.

One of my employees has cancer...from smoking
by wanderlustguy inone of the things i can't deal very well with is smoking.
i remember telling someone i loved i really wanted them to stop because i didn't want to be the man holding her as she gasped for air dying from the habit.
not 2 minutes after we broke up she was back at it, strangely that hurt me as much as the breakup, thinking of her suffering one day as i had seen others do...all because of cigs.... one of my technicians came in today that i have been having trouble with, his perfomance had become horrible, and i had intended to let him go.

I used to smoke too but haven't smoked for a couple of years now. That's horrible about your employee, that does seem crazy young to be dealing with something like that.

EX JW numbers
by teela(2) infor those out there that play with figures we can calulate the number that have joined and left but how does the number that have left over say twenty years compare to the numbers still in.
are we starting to out number them in some places?
