Damn blasphemer hit my PARKED Mini Cooper!!!!!

someone backed into my new mini cooper and left a nasty dent and took off the black plastic rim that goes over the front passenger wheel.
hell, even the passenger door won't open.

Awww, I'm so sorry for your poor little car!!
How am I going to get the paint to match up? Will I need to repaint the whole car to get a proper match?
Actually, if you call the dealer with the year, make and model of the car, they should be able to tell you the exact paint color (usually it's a number, I think...) Any major car painting place should have no problem getting the exact color for you then, and there shouldn't be a difference at all.
Even if there are no out-of-pocket expenses for you, it's a pain in the butt to get a car repaired! Call the repair place, get a rental, drop off, pick up.... blah blah blah. We're in the middle of it right now with one of our work vans.

Anyone have a favorite dish for the grill they are willing to share?

its the middle of summer, i am trying to keep 3... 6 footers fed and can only serve steak or hamburgers so many nights.. its too hot to heat up the oven and i am running out of ideas.. any grill miesters out there willing to share your favorite recipe would be appreciated, including marinades, veggie side dishes etc.. many thanks in advance.
(yes i know this isn't a cooking forum, but we all have to eat and thought it would be fun for everyone!).

My family is really picky when it comes to salad dressings, and I ended up with a bunch of them in the fridge that no one would eat... So I started using them as marinades for meat we would bbq. Huge success!!

Why do the majority of "newbies" disappear ???
by kid-A ini have noticed that, in general, there is a "core" of regular posters on jwd that have been members for several years.. however, it seems the vast majority of "newbies" disappear after a couple posts, days or perhaps a week.
how many "welcome" or "introduction" .
threads have we had here where the new member disappears within a day or so, never to post again?

I also read here nearly every day, but I don't always post. Sometimes it's because I'm more paranoid than usual, and I'm afraid of someone finding out who I really am. But mostly it's because this whole process of exiting a cult while my spouse is still an active member and trying to avoid being DF'd, has left me mentally, emotionally, and physically burned out.
I love coming here and getting a laugh, or reading someone's experiences or insights, or just being able to feel like I'm not alone. In real life, I've always been very talkative and social, and I miss being like that. But for the time being, I'll just have to live vicariously through other people's posts...

Hey All
by Mr.X ini just wanna say hi to all and let everyone know a little about me.... i have stopped going to the hall after going my whole life, i havent been to the hall in over 2 years but i went to the memorial this year.
my dad is currently an elder and my whole family is still into it.
it makes it hard when your dads an elder i had to move out early because i didnt want my dad to be taken down as an elder.
